Pros: Location is great, easy to park car, beach on the left, beach on the right! Abou 15min walk to the Old Port by the sea. Location is very quiet. Minimarket is 50m away, restaurants are all around in short walking distance

Great property with lovely sea views and comfortable beds. That end of the beach is a little run- down.

Pros: Fantastic location, quiet, comfortable beds, great showers, staff very helpful.

Cons: That end of the Nea Chore beach is quite run down with a family sleeping rough out of the back of their car, a deserted, half- built properly next door and litter and graffiti. This detracted a little from our enjoyment of the area but I can’t fault the properly itself or the staff. The walk into Chania takes about 20-30 minutes and is pleasant.

Absolutely Stunning

Pros: The flat was exceptionally clean and updated. It's location was absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach, 180° view of the water and Chania, quick walk to restaurants and Old Town. Really lovely welcome by the host with pastried and goodies. They brought us spare towels to use for the beach. Was a wonderful experience for our family of 4.

Cons: The a/c in the living room leaked (I'm sure they'll have it fixed soon), but otherwise everything was perfect.

Pros: Apartments are very spacious, clean and appear to be recently renovated (nice modern design, USB-C wall sockets, loved it!) and equipped with everything possible - three couples or family with 3-4 kids can stay very comfortably here (3 toilets, 3 showers, jacuzzi). Great large terrace with a sea view and lots of outdoor furniture. Separate air conditioning for all rooms and it works very efficiently. Sandy beach is just in 50 meters from the apartments and it's pretty good - clean, changing rooms and fresh water shower available. Sound insulation is good, apartments above and below were occupied but we heard almost nothing from them. Convenient minimarket is 50 meter away or in just 10 minutes walk there is a proper large supermarket. It took some time to park on a day of arrival but had no problems with parking on remaining days.

Cons: Apartments appeared to be further from Chania city center than we expected and it's not the most attractive neighborhood. When you enjoy the view from terrace don't look left (trash on footpath) and right (abandoned construction site). Neighbors from both sides of the apartments have dogs living outside and they are ready to remind that you are fully protected in the middle of the night. We were happy to see microwave available but it didn't work properly, landlord promised to fix it.

Pros: The apartment was large and very modern. Good amount of outdoor space. Direct beach access. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes..

Pros: Sehr geräumig, geniale Sicht zum Meer. Fussmarsch von 20 min in die Altstadt!

The proximity to the beach is fantastic—just a short stroll and you're there, making it perfect for frequent visits. One of the standout features is the spectacular view from the balcony. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and enjoying the sunset in the evening from this vantage point was truly memorable. The guest service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome, which set the tone for a great stay. The staff was attentive and eager to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Elia Seaside Apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway with top-notch amenities and service.

Appartement in bester Lage, direkt am Meer.

Pros: Appartement in bester Lage und modern gestaltet. Direkt am Meer mit wundervoller Aussicht. Schöne Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Genügend Platz für uns 6 Personen. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Restaurants und ein kleiner Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter der Hotelgruppe Elia sind rund um die Uhr erreichbar und helfen bei Ausflügen, Mietwagen und Fragen jeglicher Art.

Cons: Für 6 Personen waren Besteck, Töpfe und Gläser etwas wenig, nach jeder Mahlzeit war spülen bzw. Spülmaschine angesagt. 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch für die gesamte Zeit pro Person war zu wenig (wir waren 12 Tage dort).
