Lovely property in Chania

Pros: We liked the spaciousness and stylish touches. The AC worked very well and quietly. We loved the garden and enjoyed a little cat that visited us. Evi was very kind and helpful.

Cons: Sometimes it was inconvenient to have to walk through a bedroom to get to the garden.

Fantastic stay right by the beach

Pros: The property is spacious, beautifully decorated and a fantastic location. The garden is perfect for post beach evenings covered by the shade of the trees.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect.

Had to cut it short due to emergency but the apartment is spot on will go back

Amazing, we want to come back.

Pros: It was a perfect apartment with a lovely backyard. Clean, comfortable, chic. We and our kids had an amazing time. The apartment is very close to the beach and there is a great bakery near by with amazing coffee and pastries.

Pros: All was perfect, the apartment was perfectly equipped, having all the necessary stuff and even more. Even though I never met the host, the communication was fast and nice via Booking messages. Oh, and there is a possibility of self check in and check out, which suits us. The parking is free of charge on the street near the house and there always was a place somewhere close. Thank you very much for the hospitality and for sure if I will ever visit Chania again I will check the availability here first. I do 100% recommend the place.

Excellent stay in Evis apartment in the heart of Chania close to all local amenities and the beach

Pros: Excellent, well equipped and modern apartment in the heart of Chania, close to shops and restaurants and five minutes walk from the beach. The outdoor area was very well designed and lovely and private and relaxing to enjoy or drink or eat. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge and bedrooms very comfortable. The apartment is very secure. Fantastic value for money and Evi met us on arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I highly recommend this place!

Pros: I rate my stay at Evis House as exceptionally successful. The apartment was clean, spacious and well decorated. Basically everything you need was in the apartment. Fantastic terrace with barbecue, baby crib, mosquito nets in the windows, air conditioning, washing machine, toaster oven - everything great. Contact with the owner also great. Very close to the sea and stores. Basically, a perfect stay. If we are ever in Chania again, we will definitely stay at Evis House again. I highly recommend!

Come sentirsi a casa

Pros: Struttura moderna nel centro di Chania, camere ampie e pulite, bagno moderno e spazioso, cucina e soggiorno ampi e ben puliti. Struttura super consigliata. Evis, la padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile. La parte esterna è fantastica, il posto perfetto per un aperitivo, per una cena e per una buona colazione. La casa dispone di tutto ciò che si ha bisogno durante una vacanza
