Pros: Πρόκειται για ένα διώροφο οίκημα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο. Κάθε όροφος είναι αυτόνομος, με τη διαφορά ότι επάνω όροφος δεν έχει κουζίνα (συσκευή). Πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και όλα λειτουργικά.Ιδιαιτερη μνεία οφείλουμε να κάνουμε όσον αφορά τις παροχές καλωσορίσματος. Σταφύλια, ρακή, ρακόμελο, κρασιά, σπιτικό κέικ, λεμόνια, σύκα και αγγουράκι!

Cons: Το πάρκινγκ είναι λίγο δύσκολο.
