Pros: Very nice and clean house with great pool, plenty of room. Communication with Michael was easy.
Cons: Single beds in one bedroom were quite hard. There was a new construction work next door, and the noice was quite loud.

Great house with a great pool in a quiet area.
Pros: The house and the pool area were clean, surroundings quiet. Kitchen had all dishes and cookware plus salt, sugar, coffee filters, some bottled water, and a nice welcome drink and local snacks. Washer worked, security shutters worked as blackout curtains. Pool towels were supplied in addition to bath towels. Great outdoor areas to chill after a busy day. Very helpful and friendly host.
Cons: Front door locks automatically, it is easy to lock your keys inside. We were unable to get the dishwasher to work (may-be a user error). The driveway is REALLY narrow, so if you have a SUV, like us, then you can barely get out of your car. We still managed it though.

Large house, great pool area but overpriced
Pros: The pool and the pool area at the back of the house were perfect. The pool itself is 1,5 meters deep but is fine to swim. There is a small jacuzzi corner (water is the same temperature as the rest of the pool), which nice different colored lighting in it. Also there is a shower at the pool, which is nice and plenty of seats and sun beds. Also nice is the separate fridge at the pool. The house itself is very large with a large living room and 3 bed rooms. Also nice are the terraces around it so you can enjoy the sun (or the shade) at any moment in time. Airconditioning is also very good. A separate airco in every bedroom (3x) and one in the living room/kitchen. They all worked very well. Also nice were all the kitchen equipment (toaster, filter coffee machine, water cooker, etc.) in the kitchen. All we needed was there.
Cons: Our kids (22 and 20 years) didn't like the mattresses in 2 bedrooms. They could feel the spirals they said. In the master bedroom it was fine though. Location is also not perfect. It is up the hill from the beach, so you need a stiff 15-20 minutes walk to the beach or supermarket. And then up the hill afterwards. Also the center of Chania is some 15-20 minutes by car. So you will definitely need a car when staying here. Parking in front of the door is OK. Also the bathroom we didn't like 100%. There is no separate shower, so you need to shower in the bath tub standing up. It works but nice really in line with the price we were paying. The other bathroom is not a real bathroom. Basically a toilet and sink, with a shower on the wall but this room is way to small to shower in.

Extraklasse Villa , wunderschöner Urlaub mit 6 Personen
Pros: Die Vermieter des Hauses sind sehr freundlich. Sie sind durchgehend erreichbar gewesen und hatten hatten für jedes unserer Anliegen eine schnelle Lösung. Der Außenbereich des Hauses war wunderschön, der absoluter Hammer. Der Innenbereich ( Wohn-, Esszimmer und Küche ) sind großräumig.Was man nicht auf dem Bildern sieht, das noch ein kleines Badezimmer vorhanden ist. Es ist ziemlich leise und man hat dort viel Privatsphäre. Fußläufig sind Strand, Bars und Cafe, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls naheliegend.
Cons: Die quietschenden Zimmertüren , sonst gibst NICHTS zum meckern.
