DIMITRA apartment with private pool and sea view -the ground floor of a two storey building

Excellent, fully equipped apartment with private pool, perfect privacy and great location.

Pros: Excellent accommodation in nature, with a small view of the sea, wonderful private pool with and a very comfortable outdoor sitting area. The location is great – very private and quiet, yet still close to the main road, so you can reach Chania in about 15 minutes or easily head towards Kissamos, Rethymno, Elafonissi or Balos. Only the ground floor is rented, while the owners live upstairs, but complete privacy is absolutely guaranteed. The apartment is fully equipped down to the last detail, including the kitchen and bathrooms, all very clean and well maintained. We were even welcomed with a case of mineral water, so no need to rush to the shop on the first day. There’s also a garden with a barbecue, which we didn’t use, but it’s a nice extra. Overall, a fantastic stay that we can highly recommend.

Pros: Beautiful house with a fantastic swimming pool, located in a quiet area perfect for a family holiday. The house has everything you need. The host, Anastasia, is a very kind and warm person. Highly recommended!

Cons: It is very convenient to rent a car, as the shops and restaurants are a bit further away.

Exactly perfect fit for group with privat rooms and very nice view plus exactly right pool

Pros: Extremly nice location, excellent garden, very good bed rooms, toilet little bit tight but superb shower water strength! One of the best local Greek restaurants nearby …excellent base for must have car transport rental to discover that particular part of the island

Cons: Toilet sinc to big for nice sit on the toilet as minor improvement

Perfect holiday stay with the family!

Pros: House was exactly according to our high expectations. Owner very friendly in our contacts. Perfect with the private pool. With a rental car we easily got where we wanted in and around Chania.

We had an amazing time & it was an ideal accommodation with a 10 month old baby.

Pros: The property was well equipped with necessities. The pool was lovely especially in the heat. The extra linen & towels were so handy. Having the cot & high hair was so helpful with the baby.

Cons: The smaller bathroom shower was a little difficult to use without getting the toilet all wet. So we only used the main shower so it took all 5 of us longer to shower up. Ideally it would be better if the smaller shower had a shower tray & curtain/glass to prevent flooding in the bathroom

Pros: Tres bel établissement. Emplacement au calme. Tres bien équipé.

Cons: Rien.

Pros: Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, έτοιμο να εξυπηρετήσει όλες τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, πλήρης εξοπλισμός εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού χώρου. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα η τοποθεσία του, καθώς απολαμβάνει κανείς ησυχία και θέα, ενώ κυριολεκτικά με το αυτοκίνητο απέχει ελάχιστα από την πόλη των Χανίων! Θα το επισκεπτομασταν σίγουρα ξανά! Συγχαρητήρια στους οικοδεσπότες για όλα και να τονίσω και την διακριτικοτητα τους!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Pros: Der große Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche, gepflegte Aussenanlage

Cons: Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool um auch dort im Schatten zu liegen

Ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung.

Pros: Wir waren total begeistert von dem Haus und er Lage. Man konnte von Privaten-Pool und der Außenterrasse das Meer sehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Ebenso war man innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten (mit dem Mietwagen) in Chania Old Town. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, für Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons: Eigentlich gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Magnifique!

Pros: Logement spacieux et très bien équipé, avec piscine privative. La décoration de l'appartement est très jolie. L'eau de robinet n'étant pas consommable, un pack de bouteilles d'eau nous attendait. Un régal de pouvoir prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil.

Cons: Le bruit de la voie rapide peut-être...
