Portou House

Perfect:)

Pros: Amazingly helpful stuff, we booked our stay less than 24hours before check in and got the help with everything we needed, even with the taxi from the airport at 1 am with our request just a few hours before the flight. There was no problem with late check out as well. Perfect location in the heart of Chania.

Cons: Some hangers on the wall could be added, especially in the bathroom because there was no room for hand towels.

Pros: Right in the heart of the old town, down a quiet street, so you get a good night sleep. Quiet air-conditioning and good sized rooms. Easy check in and check out!

Cons: There was a lack of hooks and storage units for clothing and bath towels, could not dry my swimsuit nor towels.

Pros: Everything. Excellent location, quiet, amazing customer support. Super clean, modern and fresh. Spacious room. As it was my birthday and they had availability, we were upgraded to Deluxe room. Dedicated birthday wishing card with my name printed on it. Very comfortable big beds. They even provided Tooth brush, tooth paste, luxury bathroom amenities etc. I'm telling you, it had everything 😁😊❤️

Cons: The heating unit option needs some time to warm up the room when it's really cold.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment with a great location and a friendly host. Private jaguzzi terrasse a big plus!

Cons: There could be a table for eating and the coffee machine was not working properly, small things, we had great time!😊

Cons: Difficult to park car, although the listing does state that parking is not provided. The glasdoor to the bathroom doesn't close all the way so bathroom noises are heard in the room. The television is hard to navigate and has no proper channels. It only has obscure international third rate cable channels. It wasn't very dark in the room at night, mainly due to the cable tv box on the wall

Pros: very modern, lots of extras, robes, slippers, toothbrushes.

Cons: we had to keep the blinds down due to overlooking the houses across. No mirror in the room just one in the bathroom. my recommendations to make this place perfect would be a full length mirror and some drawers as storage space was minimal.

Pros: I was very pleased with my visit to Portou House. What caught my eye was the cleanliness and modern interior, which looked exactly as described on the website. One of the greatest assets of Portou House is the sensational terrace with jacuzzi, which provided me with a wonderful relaxing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which only added to my enjoyment of my stay. All in all, Portou House is a fantastic place to stay, with a relaxing terrace with jacuzzi and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great break in Chania.
