Outstanding

Pros: To wake up to that view, sip wine on your private verandah and watch the passing parade- bliss

Priceless location

Pros: These are rooms rather than a hotel, so no staff on site. Despite this the communication via booking.com. The staff were able to organise a very early taxi from Chania to Heraklion the day before we needed to travel at a reasonable price. The room itself was beautiful (we stayed in the Industrial Suite). Absolutely huge, 5* standard, spotlessly clean and with a view of the harbour that was priceless. It was lovely to spend mornings on the balcony people watching and drinking coffee.

Cons: Nothing. Do be aware there are no facilities (restaurant/ bar etc) on site but this did not matter for us. There are drinks and discounted breakfast offered at the restaurant below the rooms.

Stunning

Pros: Amazing location, beautiful room and stunning view.

Pros: The room is large and bright, well designed and with a fabulous view. Super clean and comfortable. The location is so central that we expected it to be noisy but the excellent double glazing keeps it quiet. We checked in early with the sister hotel Domus Renier, who kept our bags until the room was ready and again when we checked out, also booking us our airport taxi and providing someone to take our luggage to the square 5 minutes away for the taxi, which was a bonus. Only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying for longer, maybe next time.

Cons: The stairs up to the room are long and steep, a bit awkward with large cases, but to be expected in a historic building.

Pros: Very clean , Excellent location & a picturesque view.

Cons: Not spacious , the facilities were limited ( eg old hairdryer, no bathrobe ) . Also , the light woke you up since 7am as no shutters in the windows .

Great room in perfect location.

Pros: Great location - lovely view of the port and mosque from the balcony.

Cons: It was a bit noisy at night as there are bars close by.

Pros: Fantastic position and the room is absolutely beautiful

Pros: Fabulous location between two beaches. Peaceful. Beautiful design- interiors and patio and pool

Great value for money in an exceptional location

Pros: The location and the view were superb. The staff were so nice and there was a small inconvenience of changing the TV (which we did not use) so they treated us to brunch in the restaurant below)

Cons: the air conditioning was not working properly so it was very warm (this is the only reason I awarded 8 and not 10 stars). Also it needs to be clearer that this property is not located at the hotel but above the Thalos restaurant, we found it difficult to find the unit.

Wonderful location and beautiful place to explore the best of Chania

Pros: The property is exactly what you see. Comfortable, cosy and with excellent AC. Great sea views and it's the best location to be at. Ample restaurants and bars just steps away from the location. Excellent room service as well.

Cons: The steep staircase of 20 steps which is a challenge to carry bags and to get in & out of the apartment.
