Perfect stay with perfect host

Pros: I would highly recommend Casa del Porto have stayed here many times, the rooms are very modern spacious and extremely clean. The location is perfect as right on the Venetian harbour. Konstantina the host is extremely friendly and helpful and has now become a firm friend of mine Therefore I highly recommend for you to stay at Casa del Porto

Pros: The suite was very nice and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful all the time (we arrived pretty late at night and Helena was there to explain everything for us and do the check-in). We enjoyed the views of the harbour especially during the breakfast from the balcony (and the music coming from the people playing instruments in the square) and the location right in the old town worked really very well for us. Helena and Konstantina arranged our transfer to/from the airport making our lives easier (fair price and very friendly drivers).

Cons: Keep in mind that there are clubs loud at night until pretty late. Even the suite windows are well insulated, the noise comes through, so it's not ideal for people who want quiet. We would have rated it as 10 if it wasn't for the noise. As it has a kitchenette, we were expecting more equipment to cook (knives, chopping board, etc), and that made it hard for us to cook.

Pros: room had no view and we know about this from the beginning but i can honestly tell you that its still a super beautiful room which exceeded my expectations. it was super modern with all the comforts and very clean. extra quiet room in the middle of Chania old town a few metres away from the sea front at the harbour. compared to other hotel excellent value for money.

Pros: Stayed in the Pink Suite. Clean comfortable and a small terrace. Location was so central and easy to walk everywhere l, Really loved my time in Chania and staying at Casa Del Porto was perfect!! Thank you Konstantina and Helen for being amazing hosts!!

Pros: One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at - location is excellent, and Kostandina was an excellent host. Would highly recommend.

Pros: The room was beautiful and immaculately clean with a good sized balcony with a fantastic view of the harbour. In the middle of everything, shops, restaurants etc. Would highly recommend this property.

Pros: Loved the location of the apartment, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the chocolates in the foyer, didn’t like the stairs up to the apartment!

Great location, gorgeous room in the heart of old town

Pros: Great location, gorgeous room with really good amenities including kitchenette, coffee machine and fridge! The staff were so lovely and stayed back past check in time for us because our ferry was so late! We really appreciated this because we’d had a very long day of travelling and it was so nice to reach our destination and be welcomed by lovely staff! They also stayed to give us some great restaurant recommendations! Couldn’t recommend this more it made our stay in lovely Chania so great!

Excellent location, fabulous people watching balcony and lovely owner and staff!

Pros: Excellent location right in the heart of the old harbour above bars and restaurants. Initially we were concerned about the noise levels as very lively at night however the double glazing really worked and we had good nights sleep every night. The balcony had a great view of the harbour and all the street artists performing - excellent atmosphere day and night!

Cons: Nothing really - we were very happy with the room, the location and the very friendly owner and team.
