Giannis House in Kissamos

The host elevates the place with his helpfullness and all the food he brings

Pros: The host was incredible. He met us when we arrived, showed us where to park, and even helped us with our bags. In the apartment, he had prepared a bowl of fruit, wine, raka, and a cake! It was incredible. During the stay, the host's mother (a very sweet grandmother) offered us different foods! They were very kind and made the stay much better. Once, I even asked if I could park the car incorrectly in front of the apartment for a few hours, and the host offered to check on it and call us if we had to move it. The apartment is very nice. 2 bedroom with strong air conditioning (which is needed in the heat of Kissamos) The kitchen is fully stocked (olive oil, coffee, tea, spices, etc) And there are amenities for everything (pods for the dishwasher, detergent for the washing machine, first aid kit fully stocked, shampoo, shower gel, etc) The host and the host's mother add a lot of value to this place. We will definitely return if we ever visit Kissamos.

Unforgettable hospitality and perfect location

Pros: The location is perfect! There are shops nearby, and the most beautiful beaches are just a short distance away. Giannis, the host, is exceptional. He went above and beyond by meeting us at midnight with delicious homemade Greek food cooked by his mother! The property itself has a standard kitchen, but it's well-equipped for all your cooking needs, and all the rooms have air conditioning – a true lifesaver in the heat! \

Excellent staff friendly service

Pros: Excellent location, very welcoming and warm host. We’ve booked the apartment and all the rooms had air conditioning, Wi-Fi works good, parking near the house, many stores and coffee shops for mornings, close to the city center and to some nice quiet beach. Welcoming was with Cretan Rachi and local food made by the host and sweets. We will come back for sure !

Pros: Appartamento ampio, completo di tutto ciò che può servire, posizione comoda alle spiagge, proprietari accoglienti e disponibili e per finire i piatti gentilmente offerti dalla signora eccellenti!!

Accoglienza e gentilezza

Pros: Tutto. Gianni e la sua splendida mamma sono persone cordiali e gentilissime. Ci hanno accolto con acqua, frutta, dolce e cibo e liquore locali. La casa è dotata di TUTTO, ogni comfort possibile ed i proprietari disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere le spiagge dell'ovest.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα σχεδον στο κεντρο της Κισαμου ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια για να κάνει διακοπές.(Ενιωθα σαν στο σπιτι μου) Κοντα σε πάρκινγκ δημόσιο στα 50 μέτρα, φουρνο,καφετέρια,Σούπερ Μάρκετ και ότι άλλο χρειάζεται κάποιος για να περάσει λίγες μέρες ανέμελα και ομορφα.Αν ξαναπηγαινα στην Κρητη θα πηγαινα σιγουρα στο Giannis House. Η οικογένεια Χοχλακη ήταν πάντα ευγενικοί,υπέροχοι και αξιαγαπητοι άνθρωποι και ότι χρειάστηκαμε ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετησουν. Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα και σας ευχαριστώ Γιάννη,Δημήτρη,Άννα και Φωτεινη.🥰 Υ.Γ. Το κεικ της κυρίας Φωτεινής ήταν πεντανοστιμο!!!!!

Pros: Przestronny apartament, klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Blisko bary, sklepy i restauracje.

Cons: Nie znalazłam minusów

Pros: Casa grande pulita e dotata di ogni confort necessario per un soggiorno e una vacanza. Giannis e la sua famiglia sono stati per tutto il nostro soggiorno disponibili e accoglienti, preparandoci anche cibi locali e facendoci sentire a casa.

Pros: La gentillesse de la propriétaire qui nous a offert une corbeille de fruits nous a préparé un gâteau nous a amené des figues et venait nous parler malgré la barrière de la langue vraiment adorable. La réactivité car problème d’électricité réparé dès le lendemain

Cons: Absolument rien tout était parfait

Pros: Le logement était parfait, très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giannis Tout était parfait
