Pros: The layout of the room and living room is simple yet very well done. The bed is very comfortable. The views from the balcony are good. The cleanliness is excellent. The location is very quiet in winter, which we appreciated. The neighbors are very friendly. The proximity to the beach is a plus. … Just 10 minutes from CHANIA.

Cons: Everything was fine overall, there's always room for improvement. … but… I won't be the one to judge. Personally, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends.

Pros: Beautifully laid out with a enclosed sunbathing area. Nice and quiet with nice little extras for home cooking too.

Great location and nice apartment

Pros: Spacious apartment in a great location. Not far from the main strip. There was a/c in the apartment which was great.

Cons: The kitchen sink is the same sink to brush your teeth etc. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, which wasn’t the end of the world but not ideal. Also the hot water would last for about 10 minutes max then run out.

Cons: The cleaning wasn't so good. It was dusty. There was no table in the apartment and for chairs I had to bring in them from the balcony before ate breakfast. There is no separated bathroom just a shower and a separated toilet. For washing hands after toilet, brushing teeth, dishwashing, and shaving need to use the same (dishwashing place) in the \

We had a great time there

Pros: It was comfortable, spacious and close to everything you needed. I was worried about the cleanliness because of what I read in the comments but everything was great, we had clean towels every two days and the room was cleaned as well.

Cons: It does not have an elevator so be prepared for a few stairs every day and with your luggage too. It s not necessarily a minus, just a warning:)

Spacious room

Pros: Spacious room with sea view, apartment very close to Agia Marina beach and many restaurants. Bed & couch both very comfy

Cons: Some things didn't work consistently e.g., safe didn't lock and needed to call owner to fix it, wifi was a bit patchy, AC turned of in the middle of the night and we woke up because of the heat. Room is on 2nd floor with no elevator - not a major issue for us but might be a factor for some people

Pros: I liked the fact that for a couple it has the right size and the right facilities.

Cons: The only minus would be that the shower toilet and sink are separate. That is, there is not necessarily a bathroom and the sink that should be in the bathroom is used as the kitchen sink. The linens I would say were a bit too dirty because I found some pretty big yellow stains or smelled a bit bad but it wasn't necessarily uncomfortable because they felt clean. This may just be a preference of mine.
