Central House with Quiet Garden

Pros: Wonderful apartment and fantastic garden. We were welcomed with water and juice! We got to pick fresh fruit in the garden. The apartment has everything you could wish for and is just a short walk from the beach and the center of Kissamos. A large supermarket is 3 minutes away and if you have a car there is private parking at the apartment. Then we must remember that Kissamos is a living village and in the Weekend-evenings there can be some noise from cars and motorbikes from the road nearby. The apartment is perfectly located and a good starting point if you want to discover Balos beach and the western parts of Crete. We felt warmly welcomed by Chrisada and her mother, who helps if you have questions. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend!

Pros: Very comfortable flat, with a beautiful garden. It is perfectly suitable for a family with two children. On top of everything ,my ,kids enjoyed very much the number of cats who came to visit us regularly 😀. The beach is a 5-8 minute walk.

Pros: Excellent location, the apartment and especially the kitchen has everything you'll need. The host is very helpful and fast. It's perfect for extended stays or if you want to use Kissamos as base foe your day-trips to Balos, Elafonisi or Falasarna.

Pros: Wir haben nun schon zum dritten Mal hier übernachtet und fühlen uns sehr wohl, auch wegen der herzlichen und unkomplizierten Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, Supermarkt ist gleich gegenüber und zum Strand und zu Restaurants ist es auch nicht weit. Abends kann es auf der Straße wegen der Autos etwas lauter werden. Das stört aber nur wenig, wenn man gemütlich auf der Terrasse oder im Garten sitzt. Nachts ist es dann wieder ruhiger. Gern kommen auch die Katzen mal zu Besuch, daher sollte man das Fliegengitter der Terrassentür zumachen, wenn man die Stubentiger nicht in der Wohnung möchte. Wenn wir wieder in Kissamos sind, übernachten wir auch gern wieder hier.

Cons: Wir kommen immer gern wieder. Vielleicht könnte mal die Gläserauswahl aktualisiert werden, damit von jeder Sorte die gleiche Anzahl vorhanden ist. ;-)

Soggiorno perfetto!

Pros: Se potessi dare un 11, lo darei. Noi eravamo nell’appartamento pianoterra, ben arredato, pulitissimo, ampio e luminoso. L’appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort, la cucina attrezzata, presenti anche i condimenti. Lavatrice disponibile. Letto comodo. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere Balos. Host molto accogliente e disponibile.

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal pour les visites. Le port de Kissamos permet de prendre le bateau vers Balos (magnifique et incontournable). Accès à 50m d un mini market et restos proches également. Le petit jardin est très agréable et paisible ainsi que le logement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants c est super. Nous avons bien profité de ce séjour très agréable merci pour votre accueil!

Pros: Casa accogliente con giardino esterno, spiaggia e lungomare con locali raggiungibili a piedi Casa dotata di ogni confort, anche olio e aceto comodi per chi una volta vuole mangiare un' insalata a casa Proprietario gentile e disponibile

Cons: Unico difetto, divano letto con materasso troppo basso Casa perfetta per 2 adulti o per famiglie di 3 persone con un bambino piccolo, come noi

Pros: Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Leider konnten wir den Garten wegen des kalten und windigen Wetters nicht nutzen. Alles bestens.
