Definitely worth it.

Pros: This place is fantastic!!! The location can't be beat! It's centrally located to the city center and it's right next to the sea! The team here made our stay equally great. Thank you to Nikolas helping to make our stay that much more comfortable.

Pros: The location is amazing, nothing like drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the old town square each morning. Rooms are really big and lovely tall ceilings keeping it nice and cool. Nikolas is a really nice guy and around most of the time to help out should you need it. There are small supermarkets within 2 minutes and a bigger one just 5 minutes up the small hill. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk which can be better than the ones on the harbour.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Nikolas Rooms and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect base for exploring the city and nearby beaches. What truly made my stay special was the hospitality of the owner. Professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find this level of care and dedication, and it made me feel truly welcome. I will definitely return to Nikolas Rooms on my next visit to Chania. If you’re looking for a place that combines great location, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality

Gorgeous rooftop view!

Pros: Gorgeous hotel in a great location in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful. The hotel is a short walk along the water to beach. We loved our stay!
