Charming Apartment with Room for Enhancements, excellent location
Pros: Beautiful, spacious home located in a charming church courtyard. Excellent location in the center of the old town, right on the main high street and just a 1-minute walk to the old harbor. Very spacious for a comfortable family stay. Although it was quite noisy due to its central location, we did not mind at all; in fact, we enjoyed being in the heart of the action. Every morning, a man with a guitar serenades with beautiful Greek songs just below the balcony which was wonderful!
Cons: The apartment needs some TLC and hospitality essentials. There was no contact with the host, so we can't review the staff. Some basics, such as water in the fridge, coffee, and basic toiletries, were missing. Clear instructions about the potability of water, rubbish disposal (we discovered recycling bins in town towards the end of our stay), and where to leave the keys after checkout would be helpful. The WiFi was unreliable, which also affected the TV. The jacuzzi was not working, and the sunbeds on the terrace were too dirty to use. This place has the potential to be a unique short-stay experience with some improvements. I hope the owner takes our feedback positively to improve this beautiful place.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location
Pros: Excellent position off pedestrianised street down to harbour. Opposite church square - lovely to sit and people watch from balcony. Access to flat via beautiful peaceful monastery courtyard. Apartment very attractively decorated and comfortable. Good kitchen, living area. Large bathroom. Another upstairs for 2 other bedrooms.
Cons: Only thing would be handy to have a wall fixing to attach shower head in shower cubicle. The apartment is above a main pedestrian way down to harbour/restaurants/sites etc so could be noisy in evenings - but this didn’t really bother us

Pros: Wonderful unique home right in the heart of Chania old town. Yes, there was noise from the square but it was a highlight as we often had buskers singing and playing amazing local music. Everything we needed was close by and the contrast of old town shopping and brand name shopping just up the road was very convenient. We had some the best food on our stay. The apartment was very spacious across 3 floors and the terrace a bonus. Very clean and thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

Character and space
Pros: Large and character filled apartment, could easily have a family or two couples stay. Amazing location in the old town. Private and secure, kitchen and washing machine, huge fridge. Very restful.
Cons: Loved the place, just remember it is a very old building (full of history) in the heart of the old town and you cannot park right outside (but we found paid, secure parking 4 minutes away, no problem).

Grand appartement atypique en plein centre de Chania
Pros: Très joli et grand appartement, avec d'un côté un balcon sur une jolie place et très belle vue sur la cathédrale et de l'autre côté une belle terrasse. Très bien situé en plein cœur de Chania ! Inévitablement bruyant en contre partie, notamment le dimanche matin avec les cloches et la prière à l'haut parleur.

Pros: Excellent location , exactly in the heart of the old town! Apartment was big , exactly as shown on the photos, fully furnished and equiped on a unique style. Perfect for families or couples. There were 2 bathrooms and a big living room! Was so beautiful and cozy style! There is also a sunroof with sunbeds but was very dirty and couldn’t use them. Also there is a jacuzzi which we used and was so relaxing!!
Cons: Could offer at least a bottle of drinking water, a coffee and sugar bags and some bath soaps :/ Also the apartment it is a bit noisy during night but nothing annoying! We could sleep anyway:) Also the beds are not comfortable at all! We preferred to sleep on the couch:p

Perfekte Ausgangslage für Städtetrip, Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden (für Mietwagen)
Pros: super zentrale Lage - direkt am Hauptplatz, sehr belebt! alle Geschäfte, Lokale etc. in 1 Minute erreichbar Parkmöglichkeiten (Anreise mit Mietwagen) sind rar und nur sporadisch welche frei, sonst gibt es ein Parkhaus (kostenpflichtig) in der Nähe.
Cons: wie erwähnt, sehr belebt und hier und da mal ein bisschen lauter nachts.

Pros: cool apartment inside the monastery courtyard with balcony facing the square. it's true gem experience. big space, beautiful ambience, and the real hidden gem.
Cons: i think more lighting needed for the night ambience.
