Wonderful boutique hotel - great value!

Pros: We had the private apartment. The entire hotel is very picturesque, quaint, and just lovely. Staff was great and had good recommendations for dinner. Cute cat on the property. Unexpectedly, the room came with a bottle of wine and a carafe of either raki or ouzo. Some small snacks too.

Cons: The shower--or really the shower curtain--was a little tricky. But that's really nitpicking.

Wonderfully charming boutique hotel in old town Chania

Pros: This was a wonderful old hotel run by the most gracious and helpful hostess who goes out of her way to welcome every guest! So many lovely little gifts and we only stayed 2 nights. Super clean and so many thoughtful details in the most charming part of the old town of Chania.

Cons: Nothing but no elevator so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues the stairs are narrow and steep. We were in a ground floor room around the back with a perfect little kitchen area.

Excellent location, excellent host, excellent cleanliness, excellent price.

Pros: The location was perfect for visits to Chania city sites and the restaurants in the harbours and on the town. The hotel is in a beautiful medieval palace, modernised superbly by the owner. The owner was very helpful, and very quick to respond to questions. We would highly recommend Palazzo di Pietro!

Pros: Everything! Location was perfect and within walking distance to local restaurants bars and port. Our host was amazing, so helpful and thoughtful. Our room and hotel as a whole was spotless and we were left little touches every day as well as a fair well gift.

Customer care at its finest

Pros: our room was really unique and spotlessly clean. Eleutheria could not have been more welcoming and helpful with so much knowledge about the property and local area! Our room was on the ground floor with its own private entrance so was very accessible! On arrival we had been given wine, drinks and fruit in the fridge, flowers from Eleutherias own garden! beach towels and slippers were also provided!! Cleaning was done every day and a little treat left for us every day!!! Shower had great pressure and aircon was really effective. it’s in a great location for the bus station, old town and the port and I thoroughly recommend staying here!!

A wonderful host, amazing location and facilities in a charming and historic town.

Pros: Eleutheria was a wonderful host, very attentive, kind and informative about the local history. Nothing was too much trouble including an early checkin and luggage storage for a late departure. The room had a king bed and beautiful soft towels.

Magical - we would return in a heart beat, and plan to on our next trip to Greece.

Pros: We loved absolutely everything about the property. It is a magical hotel full of charm, warmth, and wonderful staff who make every effort to make your stay completely perfect. Elutheria (the host) is a very special person who takes great pride in her hotel and making sure her guests have everything needed for the perfect stay. Roxanne is also lovely and Tania, the housekeeper is a gem. The three ladies could be nicer or more genuine. The hotel is clean and safe, in a fabulously central location in old town. Close to absolutely everything - great coffee, food, small shops filled with wonderful things, the main bus stop (Agora bus stop). There is so much charm in the area. The hotel is quiet. We stayed in Room #1 which was beautiful and had the most perfect balcony for coffee, wine, or just simply good conversation. We honestly cannot recommend this property enough. Please stay there - you won’t be disappointed!

We were warmly invited into this lovely and charming hotel in a magical city.

Pros: We loved everything about it! Warm, inviting, good attention to detail. They thought of everything! Roxani welcomed us with open arms. She gave us cold water and a seat then showed us to our beautiful room. She clearly loves the hotel. We loved meeting elegant Eleutheria the next day and shared her family’s history of owning the hotel. The little black cat welcomed us, too! ;)

Cons: Nothing. We wish we could have stayed there longer, but that’s on us!

Pros: top Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, nette Gastgeberin und schöne Zimmer

Why didn’t I stay another day here?

Pros: The beautiful roof top and the details were in the room was exquisite. Really wonderful. it was just amazingly quiet also for where it is.
