Wonderful place for family vacation!
Pros: Very spacious, we had everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen and even basics like coffee, olive oil and spices were provided). Got greeted with big fruit basket waiting in fridge. We made barbecue on the charcoal grill in the yard every night! Host was very attentive and always helped out quickly when needed. Big thanks!
Cons: It’s a bit of a walk to both the beaches and downtown. But we knew that before so nobody to blame!

Pros: The house was spotless and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The terrace was wonderful. The owner came instantly when we had a slight problem with the WiFi on arrival.
Cons: It's a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the harbour which some might find difficult in the heat. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Excelent, will stay there again if I visit Chania in the future.
Pros: The location was very convenient, about a 20 min walk to the old town. The house was sparkingly clean and fully equipped with anything we might need during our stay!
Cons: There is nothing I can think of that wrong with the property.

Pros: Lovely accomodation, very well equipped. You can feel a lot of thought has been put into making the place welcoming and convenient. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and comfortable beds. The big terrace, surrounded by beautiful plants is a great asset. The appartment was very clean when we arrived. A very warm, friendly and efficient response from our host Michail and his brother Miltos who leaves near and was always ready to help when needed. We also enjoyed the fact that they were very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. Overall we had a great time and can highly recommend the place.

Perfect!
Pros: Everything was amazing! Our host Miltos was so helpful and kind. He provided us with everything we needed and even more than we expected. He was really caring and made our stay so comfortable. As for the house it was clean and situated near the city center. We really felt at home and enjoyed spending time in the yard, it was so peaceful. I highly recommend! Thank you again Miltos!

Very friendly host, the place is very clean, big and nice. There is all you need!
Pros: This accommodation was over our expectations. Really friendly host, place is very clean, big and nice. Welcome fruits, olive-oil, coffee etc are waiting for you. Private parking next to house. There is absolutely everything you need, all dishes, coffee machine in kitchen, washing liquids in bathroom and enough towels in rooms etc. Even candles were to make dinner romantic. We were 5 people and there is a lot of room for such a group (2 bedrooms with wide beds and also 3rd room, where are 2 separate beds and office table. Beds are comfortable). We especially liked to be outside on big terrace with lots of plants for breakfast or dinner etc. There is old lovely dog and some cats in the garden. Old town 20 min walking is totally fine. It really felt like home and I strongly recommend the place. Thanks a lot, we were lucky to find such a nice place and people welcoming us.
Cons: All was perfect!!! If to look for something, then the street noise was heard to bedroom (street is not busy), but it did not disturbed actually sleeping and we had very nice rest.

Pros: Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort und immer erreichbar. Tolle Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Parkplatz in der Straßen ausreichend vorhanden und wir durften sogar kostenlos auf einem Nachbargrundstück parken. Gegenstände des täglichen Lebens (Toipapier, Waschmittel, etc.) war vorhanden. Tolles Apartment! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld.
Cons: Die Straße vor der Tür wurde gut genutzt.
