Perfect location

Pros: The apartment is lovely and super clean and located on a quiet street, just a 2-minute walk from sea and city centre. The kitchenette is well equipped with a dining table, utensils, a coffee machine with pods, tea, and a kettle. The owner, Maria, is extremely kind and communication was excellent.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: Great location, 3 min walk to the beach. Short walk to all the best seafood restaurants in Nea Chora. Great big bedroom and really big balconies on all the apartments.

Pros: Maria was a very welcoming host and there was nothing more you could have asked for in accomodation 👍

Pros: Maria - owner, very helpful and gave good advise during the booking, before we arrive and during our stay!!! Maria - thank you, the lady who kept our place clean and tidy EVERY DAY (like a hotel), thank you owner Maria Air condition in the bedroom was strong (needed in the summer months!!) and could reach the sitting room/ open kitchen which was great. Strong wifi from ALL rooms - great 👍 Short walk to beach and restaurants + nearby the town center - all easy reach Thank you owner Maria & all the best

Clean, close to the beach & taverns, a wonderful host

Pros: The location, the size of the apartment, and the cleanliness of the complex and our room. We were greeted fairly early in the morning by Maria who was very accomodating, pleasant and eager to please. Her English is good and she made our stay very smooth. She was very quick to reply to our messages and concerns before arriving and she was always available during our stay. The beach and taverns are only a 5 minute walk away. And the communal washing machine was a blessing. A great place.

Pros: Amazing location, right next to a beach and close enough to the old town of Chania. Stores, restaurants - everything is close by. Room is cleaned every day, AC and big balcony. The staff are super helpful and lovely people. Thank you again for everything! (:

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family by Maria, the owner—warm, thoughtful, and always available with a smile (and even homemade jam!). The location couldn’t have been better. It’s literally a minute’s walk from Nea Chora’s beach and seafront tavernas, and about 10–15 minutes from Chania’s stunning Old Town. Opposite there is a car rental place, a pharmacy and some Mini-Marts and bakeries a short distance away. Our studio was spotless, surprisingly spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed—from a handy kitchenette to a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and small details like beach towels and umbrellas were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was solid, and the ceiling fans worked perfectly during the hotter afternoons. The bathroom was small but very clean and functional. Would we stay here again? Without question. Thank you, Maria, for making our time in Chania so memorable.
