Pros: + modern, very well-equipped facility + terrace with outdoor dining area + private parking lot + walking distance to the center (10-15 mins) + extremely accommodating hosts, very easy communication + meters from a nearby beach + farmer’s market on Thursday on the next street

Beautiful place, great location and excellent host

Pros: Beautiful recently renovated appartment. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with a great big verandah/front yard which was great to eat and drink and watch the world go by. Beach with restaurants was 1 minute away and old town about 10 minute walk along the beach. Host Giannis was very helpful as was his mum who provided some lovely goodies to eat. If we ever return to Chania we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We had an amazing stay! The property has everything you need for your stay.I totally recomend it. The host is very helpful and is ready to assist you in any inquiry. The location is perfect just 20m from the beach and 1klm from the city center. Highlight is the perfect quality of the mattresses and the pillows.

Pros: It is the best appartment ever. It has everything that you will need and even more. Location is perfect, 2 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the city center. Everything is new and super clean. The owner even helped us with finding a good rent a car agency and booked a car for us. Highly recommend!!

Perfect stay!

Pros: Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great hosts. Most friendly and helpful hosts ever, lovely and great first impression of the accommodation. Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy even for 4 people with excellent location .Food around was great, also the beach is around 100m away, two supermarkets well equipped, two bakeries and sweets shop.The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything you will need and more and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautiful apartment, close to beach and old town, responsive host, dedicated parking space

Pros: Host met us later in the evening to hand over keys and explain apartment. The apartment was exceptional with nice kitchen, bedrooms, living room, decor and dedicated parking space. The host supplied bottled water, fresh fruit and croissants. The apartment was easy walking distance to beach strip, lovely old town and many restaurants.

Cons: We couldn't figure out how to use the stove (no directions) but we didn't message host. At the end of trip the water from shower (after 2 people showering) overflowed from drain in bathroom (the host was messaged when we left).
