Casa Maria 300 meters from the sea

Pros: Accomodation is very clean and lovely. We have a very big balcony, full kitchen, comfortable bed. Maria is incredible woman with big heart. Thank you Maria :)

Had a fantastic 4 days stay, a lovely place!

Pros: A small, modern flat, with all the amenities one needs, with a great terrace and plenty of places to park outside - Casa Maria apartment is a great choice for a holiday stay in. Location wise is just perfect - it is outside the very busy central part of Chania, but still very close to it and close to the beach and a supermarket. Easy to get into with a car and easy to walk to and from either. And last, but definitely not the least, Maria is an amazing host! Very considerate, friendly and welcoming!

Pros: Great location.Very friendly host:) Comfortable bedroom and balcony:)The area is very close to wide beach, lots of tasty restaurants and not far away from old town ( ca 20 min walk). I definitely recommend this place ! Afata

Could not possibly recommend it more, it was incredible.

Pros: The place was so clean and the host, Maria, looked after us so much, going above and beyond and looking after us for food, recommendations and transport! We were right near the beach and were also very comfortable being at the place.

Pros: Maria was very considerate and kind after my late arrival. Nice big balcony with spaces out of the sun and comfy chairs

Cons: I found it difficult to find the apartment on arrival and only did through the help of a neighbour. My phone was not able to connect either which didn't help. A telephone network issue. I suggest photos of the building and entrance be provided to new arrivals to help overcome the issues I had

Felt like home

Pros: Great location, walkable distance to the beach and to town. Very good facilities in the apartment, exceptionally clean, cosy , and relaxing atmosphere. Maria and his son Gianni's they were really warm and friendly. I did feel like a family .

Wonderful stay at Casa Maria

Pros: Quiet, comfortable, bus station minutes walking distance from the apartment with free bus to the old town, close coffee shops and super markets, free parking right across from the property. Maria is an amazing host. She provided all of the details we needed before we arrived and was readily available by WhatsApp for any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend Casa Maria.

Cruising Chania

Pros: The Casa Maria apartment location worked out well for our rental car. Easy highway access to Rethymo and Kissamos with free parking across the street. We didn't find it to be far from the Old Town at all since we walked to/from the Old Venetian Port Lighthouse. Lots of great restaurants close by on Akti Papanikoli boardwalk. Accogliente

Pros: Pernottamento di 5 giorni, ottima posizione, con parcheggio ampio ed importante, in quanto si può raggiungere il centro ed anche il mare in una decina di minuti.

Cons: Consiglierei di dividere l'accensione della luce del bagno da quella dell'aeratore, in quanto molto rumoroso e fastidioso.
