Pros: I have been in sunshine suite junior for 5 nights in middle of august. The apt is brand new and fully furnished with all you need. Everything very modern including all kitchen appliances , big fridge, owen, microwave etc. Big terrace on living floor plus another huge terrace on top floor beside the bedroom. fantastic double bed plus a double sofe bed in living room if you are more than 2 people. Apt is in a quiet area with private parking place that was given us for free. Walking distance there is a big supermarket and a delicious bakery and in few blocks you arrive in old town full of restaurants and nightlife. Gianni was a perfect host and everyday he contacted us to know if we needed anything. all was perfect. Thank you Gianni we strongly reccomend the place.!

Unforgettable amazing

Pros: This appartment feels like home. It's beautifull, very clean, everything you need, an elevator, looks exactly as the pictures and two terraces both with very beautiful view over Chania, walking distance about 20minutes and a private parking which is a big bonus. The host, Giannis, anticipated all our needs beforehand us even asking such as video about the place, well detailed info how to enter. Provided honest opinions and tips on things to do in Chania. It made our holiday more memorable and set the bar higher for owners true genuine service! His place is highly recommended 👌

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at a Junior suite in late July, the apartment had every necessity that we needed, everything was clean and tidy, we felt comfortable! The view was amazing! Mr Giannis was an excellent host, excellent communication, he even lend us two umbrellas! Definitely a recommendation!

Pros: Gianni, our host, made us feel very welcome! he was really helpful, answering any questions we had and providing us a sun umbrella and extra towels when we requested. The suite is well equipped, kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper breakfast (pots, pans), spacious living room, 2 terraces where you can enjoy the view and a much needed parking spot.

Pros: Lovely clean near new apartment, good communication with host. Supermarket and bus stop at doorstep virtually although it was easy to walk to the old Town. Would definitely recommend

Pros: Die Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtzenrums in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Der Blick vom Balkon und von der vom Schlafzimmer zugänglichen Dachterrasse über die Dächer von Chania ist ein Traum! Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker ist wirklich gleich um die Ecke. Wir (66 und 64 Jahre alt) waren 3x in ca. 25-30 Minuten in der Altstadt und am wunderbaren Venezianischen Hafen. Das ist also absolut machbar. Eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Supermarkt steht aber auch zur Verfügung. Wichtig bei einer Ferienwohnung ist ja auch immer die Erreichbarkeit und die Bereitschaft des Vermieters zu handeln. Dies ist bei Giannis zu 100% gegeben! Der Kontakt hätte nicht besser sein können! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pros: Sve je bilo sjajno! Domaćin jako ljubazan, apartman čist i sjajno opemljen. Boravak je upotpunio sjajno naše letovanje i boravak na Kritu.
