Pros: Very comfortable and beautiful appartment with everything one could need. Great views and location (we had a car) as it's next door to a cafe, supermarket, bakery etc. We appreciated having central heating as it was cold in January.
Cons: The bed was too soft for our liking and a smaller pot for cooking would had been useful (the kitchen is very well equipped)

excellent place to stay.
Pros: The best bit by far was the size of the balcony, the apartment is on the top floor [superior] and you can see the sea and the mountains, it's about a 20-minute walk into town, and there are 2 supermarkets very nearby, one up the road and one down the road, and a baker's just opposite. The hosts are very nice people.
Cons: Booking.com needs to update its listing, as it currently does not include information about a barbecue or safety deposit box, which it does not have. This is probably a mix-up with one of the other apartments; it didn't bother us, but it might for some people.

HOMEliday at Urban 35 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros: Our stay at Urban 35 was wonderful! The Superior Apartment exceeded all our expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The apartment with fully furnished, essential amenities and great facilities which included the washing machine, super handy after the daily beach trip. With a well equipped kitchen, we couldn’t resist cooking our dinner with the local produce. Our romantic Al fresco dining experience was unforgettable with the beautiful sunset view from the terrace. We would love to stay more days and spend more time just relaxing on the terrace with an amazing view. Antonis, very friendly and helpful, answered all the requests swiftly making us feel at home. Urban 35 is Truly a Home for our Holiday. We would highly recommend this Homey place in Chania.

All in all, the apartment has everything one needs for a stay by the sea, and we were very happy with it!
Pros: We really liked how clean and spacious the apartment was. It was well-equipped with many practical details that made our stay more comfortable. The small garden was especially lovely and added a nice touch to the whole experience.
Cons: The only small issue we noticed was that the air conditioning unit in the living room had a bit of an unpleasant smell when turned on. Also, the oven seems to heat up unusually strongly — we set it to 200°C, and the baking paper almost caught fire shortly after placing it inside. It might be worth checking both just to be safe.

A relaxing stay at a very well equipped apartment
Pros: The location made it easy to access the local bus network with a good service to local beaches and the Old Town of Chania (as well as the bus station for connections to Chania Airport). We particularly liked the well-equipped apartment with its excellent kitchen, washing machine and comfortable sitting area. We liked the garden at the back and the apartment felt secure. There is a good supermarket less than a minute's walk away as well as a bakery/cafe over the road. We found people to be friendly and helpful.
Cons: No negatives! We worked out the bus routes by trial and error so a bit of info up front might have been useful: buy tickets at the local shop (cheaper) or pay by card; number 20 opposite the bakery goes to town; number 11 from the square at the bottom of the hill goes to the Nea Chora side beaches.

Fabulous apartment.
Pros: Lovely spacious apartment, spotless, well stocked, fabulous shower, comfortable bed. Washing machine and small outside area. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy nearby. A short walk down the hill to some restaurants.
Cons: The location isn't ideal, some traffic noise and too far to walk in to town. Bus No 20 goes in to the town.

Wonderful terrace with great view!
Pros: The apartment has a wonderful view over the sea with a great terrace.
Cons: Everything was fine, but there are some small things that should be improved: the shower cabin door does not close completely and the dryer on the terrace was broken.

Urban 35 M&M 2024
Pros: The apartment was clean and modern with incredible views of the water from the large terrace. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The bed was comfortable and the unit itself was spacious. It's about a 25 minute walk to the Old Venetian Port of Chania with a bit of an upward hill on the way back to the unit. There is a supermarket two doors up the street, a bakery across the road and a green grocer too. Everything you need conveniently positioned. We did lots of cooking at home due to dietary requirements and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at Urban35 and appreciated the lift to our top floor.
Cons: We liked everything about the unit. Just be mindful that the tiles on the shower floor can get slippery and the shower door doesn't close completely. The unit terrace faces west, so we needed to close all the blinds and shutters so the unit would be cool in the afternoons. An extra tea towel in the kitchen would be great.

A cozy apartment near city center with a fabulous sea view and big terrace
Pros: It is a small, but very cozy and well-equipped apartment. We absolutely loved the big terrace and the sea view. The kitchen had all the basic necessities and more (a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, kitchen towels, etc.). The living room has a large smart TV (which you can watch even from the bedroom since it has a glass wall between) and a cozy leather couch. The bedroom has a cozy bed, a spacious wardrobe and a ceiling fan (it can be tricky to turn it on, so ask the host for some tips). The bathroom is rather small, but it has everything, even a washing machine. Upon arrival, we took over the keys from a key box at the main entrance door. There is an elevator in the building, so no worries about the stairs, but there is no parking space guaranteed (you can park anywhere on the street though); even though the building has a parking garage, we never asked the host whether we can park there.
Cons: The shower: the big shower head is always turning on when you turn on the water, and the floor is very slippery. The apartment door is hard to unlock. At the beginning, we had issues unlocking it, but then we figured out that you need to jiggle the door knob and the keys at the same time. I think the host should check this out, it can be quite irritating. So, there are options for improvement: a big kitchen knife, a fixed door lock, and maybe an antislip cover for the shower floor.
