A very charming boutique hotel in the centre of the old town. Stylish, spacious, and lovely staff

Pros: A charming boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious, with a view of the port. It was amongst the hustle and bustle but very quiet inside. We couldn’t hear any street noise. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful

Cons: We liked everything, however if you have mobility issues there’s no elevator

Stylish apartment, very comfortable in the heart of the old town.

Pros: Beautiful boutique apartment, in the heart of Hania. A magical location with stylish ammenities.

Cons: Initial Communication poor. Map of location and car park did not come through on booking.com messenger. When asked property to resend - no response. This made it very stressful to enter Hania and not have any idea where to go to park. VERY stressful. Phoned the property and got unclear and then clear advice to go to a place which actually had no parking spots! Eventually found a car park in a large paid car parking building. The rooms are not sound proof. There is a busy/late night bar with loud music just outside the doorstep. Lucky we were so tired at the end of the day that we fell asleep quite easily. Could be a problem for others.

A great place to stay for a weekend break in Chania.

Pros: Property location was brilliant. Very central but off the main drag. Next to a couple of great bars. The hotel cleaner was amazing. She was so helpful and friendly.

Pros: The room was so beautiful, very spacious and kept clean daily. I loved the views from the window out to the harbor! AC worked well and there was a fridge to keep drinks and food cool, and a daily cup of espresso was complimentary. Bed was really comfy and I loved the pillows. Not really anything negative to say. Of course there was noise from the streets outside (music playing and people enjoying themselves) since the location and there's hardly any soundproofing inside the building, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Pros: located in the centre if the oldtown which is lovely. Receptionist was very pleasant & helpful. This is an old building but restored & decorated in an authentic way 😁

Good location and helpful staff.

Pros: Lovely boutique hotel in old town Chania. Many shops, restaurant, attraction around. Helpful and friendly staff! Olga is so nice! She gave us information about how to get there and what to see around. Also everyone there are so lovely. Located in heart of the old town but not so noisy at night. Room is fine and clean. A/C works good. Shower is ok. We had good stay here.

Cons: Hotel located in the heart of the old town, have to approach by foot so not so good if you have heavy suitcase.
