Feeling at Home

Pros: Top rate to the Owners: friendly, hospitable, ready to help at any time and exceptional cooks; quiet and relaxing environment; location is convenient to reach main points of interest (1- hour drive from Balos; 30-minute drive to Chania); free parking next to the facilities; though we did not take advantage of it, the swimming pool could be interesting, especially for families with children.

Cons: Poor wi-fi signal in our room. To be considered: front beach at 1-minute walk is rocky and windy most of the time.

Pros: Katerina and family are so welcoming and friendly and she is an amazing cook! We were thoroughly looked after. The pool is great and plenty of loungers. Recommend having a car as the location is so quiet.

Pros: Everything. The host Katerina and her son Apostolos make sure you feel like at home. Katerina cooks delicious food every day, so I recommend to try. The apartment have all you need to spend good time on Crete. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Pool is well maintained. The location is good too as you can be in less than 30 min in Chania and in about 1h in Bolos or Elafonisi.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We felt very comfortable and cozy at the apartments. A big bonus is the fact it is not a big hotel but a set of several rooms with a kitchen (still a feeling of privacy) but you have there everything you need-pool, well equipped restaurant available all day, town nearby. Also the stuff makes everyone feel welcome. Food is tasty and portions massive;) Also I liked the fact a lot of locals are visiting the restaurant

Cons: Tourist oriented greek dance evening. The fact the dancers danced was great but pulling tourist to join was a bit too much;)

Pros: Another great stay with Katerina and family. The pool is usually very clear and clean however the Sorroco Wind from Africa coloured everything orange!

From Crete, with love

Pros: Katarina, the host, despite of her personal problems, is a very positive person, full of positive energy. We hope to come back to strengthen our relationship. Katarina, despite we was the last clients, she did the best for us.

Perfect place for Relaxation and Good Food

Pros: Peaceful Location, clean apartment with breath taking pool / sea views, exceptional tasty homemade food, service was outstanding from Katerina the Host and her family. Katrina will go the extra mile for anything you require, to make your stay exceptional along with her wonderful family and all the team who made our holiday a perfect one. Well recommended and we as a couple will definitely be returning. Thank you Katerina, family and team.

Cons: Leaving the apartment/ location - Handing in the Keys to the apartment - Getting into the transfer to leave for the Airport

Pros: The hosts (Katerina and her son) are wonderful and it is worth visiting this place just for them. Delicious breakfasts and a restaurant by the pool with additional attractions made our trip very interesting. A room with a sea view and a huge parking lot where there was always a place + good access by car to all nearby attractions.

Cons: - Wi-Fi range could be better in the rooms - some elements of the rooms already require a little renovation or refreshing

Pros: The views from the room and the dining hall are amazing sea views !Caterina and Son Apostolis are extreemly friendly hosts. Caterina's cooking is the best of the best!

Cons: The room standard should be improved

Pros: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ! ! ! Friendly atmosphere, extraordinary and various foods, pool, sea+sand very close, quiet. It was perfect for our family. With 3 small kids I couldn't imagine better place to be.
