Louladakis Apartments

The rooms look a bit better in the pictures than kn reality

Pros: Staff are very welcome and helpful 🙂 Hotel is really nice. Our room was good. Location is also good and near to Agia Marina - nice beach and night life. Also the location is very good for visiting Balos and Elafonisi and more popular beaches.

Cons: Beds are uncomfortable but everything else was 10/10

Pros: Great experience! The room is very clean and nicely decorated and cleaned regularly every day, the hosts are very friendly, always helpful. Good starting point for exploring the island, large parking space, elevator in the building, next to the apartment you have everything: a shop, a gas station, a tavern.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Comfortable, big and clean apartment. It even has parking in front of the apartment. There is an elevator in the building and housekeeping is everyday. Beautiful reception and garden in front. On the last floor/room there are sunbeds, jacuzzi and bar and at the night it has good music and colorful lights. Very kind receptionists and people who work there every morning we were served with coffee, smile and kind words. Every praise for them and the apartments. It is also on good location for exploring the west side of crete and the city Chania.

A great stay!

Pros: We had a lovely few days, very relaxed comfortable and pleasant stay, great staff. Nice sized room, nice reception area, taverna with play area and hammocks nearby. Bus stop just at the doorstep. We are definitely going back again :)

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big, with a nice balcony. There were kitchen appliances that allowed us to make coffee and basic meals.

Cons: The shower could have used a curtain. The bathtub was very small, as a tall man, it was quite uncomfortable to sit. The doors were noisy and you could hear all the neighbours exiting their apartments.

Great!

Pros: Great experience! The room is very clean and spacious, the hosts are very friendly, always at your service. A good starting point for an island tour. It meant a lot to have a parking space right next to the building. During the night you can hear the vehicles, but it is OK. We recommend the Louladakis apartments.

I would pick it again, if I happen to ever be in Kolymvari.

Pros: The staff was really nice allowing us to check-in a bit earlier, and in general quite helpful of our questions.

Cons: Nothing worth pointing out.

Pros: Perfect apartment value for money. Great location, enormous apartment and balcony. Only negative side is bathroom that seems old. Alltogether, perfect apartment for a stay near chania.
