Pros: The staff was friendly and the restaurant had amazing traditional food. The facilities was clean with an amazing view ! Definitely recommend really good value

Apart from bathroom we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit

Pros: Spacious apartment with super comfy beds. Helpful staff and lovely pool area and cocktails

Cons: Bathroom was not good - really needs updating. The downstairs shower room was ridiculous - could only be used as a spare WC which was fine. Also we had an evening flight home and there is nowhere to shower after 5pm and no inside waiting area after 6pm.

D'Arcy Holidays...

Pros: We loved the friendly hospitable hosts,Kostas and Ionna, who worked tirelessly to make our holiday wonderful. The pool, pool bar and spectacular views were exceptional. A great base for staying in Kolumbari, close to the beach with good restaurants and bars. The food, cooked by Ionna, was very good, traditional Cretan food. Our apartment was a good size with small kitchen facilities, dining and sitting area, a separate bedroom and bathroom, everything you need really, all traditional Greek, which we like and a terrace. The plants and areas around Aphea are lovely, lots of green all well tended. We had a lovely time!

Nice sunny week in a place that needs a little tlc

Pros: Location and pool/bar area was nice, room size was good and lovely staff

Cons: Bathrooms are very grotty and need updating, we would prefer a walk’in shower instead of tub with curtain, also kitchen would need more crockery and utensils in order to self cater more easily

Beautiful location and pool

Pros: Beautiful outdoor sourrounding with the excellet pool and beautiful view, best for the sunrise, because the sun rises on this side.

Cons: Outdated bathroom and kitchen, and missing tools for cooking.

Fabulous little hotel in a beautiful quiet town with a gorgeous pool

Pros: Aphea Village is a lovely small property with no influx on a change over day as families come and go all week. Cleaners were lovely and thorough. But the family who run the Aphea pool bar made the holiday one to remember….. felt welcomed from the start. Great service, food and friendship. Pool was lovely and never over crowded, polite people with the subbed none of the rushing to hog beds. We had a fabulous stay.

Pros: Huge room with big bedroom, livingroom & kitchen area and spacious bathroom. Also really nice front terrace with amazing view to the pool area and sea❤️ Great location only few hundred meters from the town center and nearest beach.

Pros: This is our 3rd visit to Aphea Village, we love the pool, restaurant and bar area and the fact that it is a small hotel. The best thing about Aphea Village is Kostas and Ioanna who run the pool, restaurant and bar area, they are so efficient, friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is always good. The manager who is also called Ioanna is also very helpful and friendly and makes sure your stay is a good one.

Really nice

Pros: I could said that it was really nice. We came late (after check-in time) and they leaved for me envelope with key and instruction where is our room (i loved that). Enough big swimming pool with bar (greetings to Costas - singer). Petfriendly (my dog, breed Border Collie, was welcome) and parking spot in front of the apartmants(i was little scared, but it is really quiet area). Rooms was clean and fresh. Really nice and sure we will be came back in future

Cons: There was lot of things but the worst was bathroom (we was just for one night so it doesnt matter too much but still it was bad). Old, smelly and dust full in small ventilator(open alone if you open light). Water was going everywhere even if we try not to. It really, really need to be change. Rooms are old and cold (good that had A/C - without that we could not sleep). View to sea was small but was something (other apartmants with small balconys up hill had much more amazing view (we was in corner). Small kitchen was enough (without kettle and with just 2 forks for 3 people). I could give more down stars, but it was enough and we fell welcome so i dont want to

Pros: Very nice place, with exceptional view to the sea. Really enjoyed peacefully relaxing by the pool and having an evening drink. I would recommend it, especially for those who plan to visit other villages and places and need a tranquil basis.
