A perfect weeks holiday in a stunning location

Pros: The location was superb in every way and only half an hour from Chania airport. The hotel finish was excellent, lovely rooms, furniture and very comfortable bed! The staff were so nice and helpful- Irena in the bar, Caterina in reception and everyone we engaged with. It’s a new hotel and we loved that it is small and friendly. We ate there a few days and the food was lovely. We couldn’t fault it and it’s rare for us to want to return to the same place but we are planning to book for next year.

Pros: I had such a great experience staying here with my daughter. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were really generous with their time and advice, especially when it came to recommendations and getting around. The room was spotless, comfortable and just a great place to unwind. You can tell they really care about their guests. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Watching the sunset from the balcony each evening was absolutely breathtaking, definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We are definitely coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, well looked after experience.

Pros: Location was really good, everywhere nearby good restaurants and you can walk at night. We enjoyed it.Free Parking lot but it is very small.

Cons: Well on the pictures only nice view is shown. We got the back „mountain“ view and it was not that nice for the price what we payed. When we did tell the receptionist, they told us they don’t have Any free rooms left for us to change. Hmm.

Great location and overall pleasant experience

Pros: The location is fantastic – right across the street from the beach, so you can enjoy the sea right away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient to have everything you need close at hand. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. A huge plus is the exclusive access to sunbeds (which saves up to €20/day). The sunbeds themselves are made of sponge, so they’re super comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

Cons: Rather than dislikes, I would say there are a few areas that could be improved. There was no service on the beach and no staff attending the assigned beach area – nobody to clean the sunbeds or the beach itself. Breakfast could use some improvement, either with more variety or at least a better presentation (for example, not mixing scrambled eggs with fried ones). Lastly, room cleaning felt a bit inconsistent, as it happened at different hours (sometimes 1pm, other times 4pm)

Pros: The hotel was modern, clean, and in a fantastic location. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect small, modern hotel in Ideal location

Pros: Brilliant location right on beach in bustling but relaxed area with several fantastic restaurants within five minutes walk. clean and modern hotel and mostly welcoming and caring staff. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend
