Iolida Beach by Smile Hotels

Pros: I was travelling alone and I wanted a place which will have all the amenities to stay inside the hotel and relax myself and Iolida beach was the perfect match!! I was leaving in room with private gym ( brand new technogym equipment) and sea view from all the windows! The food was excellent. Very rich breakfast with a lot of choices! Every night the dinner food is different as the chef choose other worldwide cuisines with Cretan twists! For sure I will come back ! Thank everybody for this perfect experience

Amazing

Pros: We stayed there for a night but what can I tell about this hotel !! Location ? Amazing . Staff always smiling and willing to help. Restaurant and pools were clean and quite comfortable! What impressed us the most was the stuff at the bar during the night! Stratos and Yiannos if I spell them names correctly! Stratos with his intelligent sense of humor was not only there to give us the drink but to have a small talk with us every time we wanted to with a huge smile on his face !! Special thanks to this guy for making our night there and recommending some amazing places to visit in chania !! Yiannos as well was very efficient and quite fast on picking up the empty glasses from our table ! We definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to come back !!

Just perfect!

Pros: Everything was just right — clean room, comfortable bed, and a great location close to everything. Staff was kind and always willing to assist. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Pros: The accommodation offers an excellent sea view. It is conveniently located near various amenities, including shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows provide a high level of comfort. Furthermore, the room service was exceptional, with thoughtful touches such as complimentary wine and fruit.

Cons: The hotel's current state reflects a need for improved maintenance and refurbishment in certain areas. Specifically, the dining area and other sections of the hotel do not align with pictures provided.

Pros: First warm welcome from reception staff.Second new clean and modern room.Every day they fulling roomservice and cleaning.You receive twice a day new towels.Hotel is 5*. Yolida staff and hotel you are perfect.

Cons: Maybe because of timing of year we had many waves at Agia Marina Beach.But it is not hotel fault. This hotel worth for the money.

Nice Family Summer holiday

Pros: The property is absolutely fantastic. Location is superb. Facilities are great. Great breakfast, variety of Lunch, snacks and wonderful dinner every day. We were on All Inclusive, so we didn’t need anything else regarding food and drinks. We had 2 rooms, one of them with a private pool and it was really beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and with all the necessities required. Both rooms were equipped with a small kitchenette a living room which we had a sofa bed in, separate bedroom and a bathroom . Shower was very spacious and comfortable. The room with the private pool was also with snacks, wine, beer, soft drinks etc. The private beach and the beach is really nice. The people from the reception are really helpful . They suggested us with excursions which we really enjoyed

Cons: The property needs some minor refurbishments. Lifts need to be renovated . A/C in the reception area needs to be more powerful.

Perfect!

Pros: The food is super tasty. They really put heart in cooking. They also have a different theme of the day, like Mexican or Chinese day, but on that day you can still get a proper local food. The view from balcony at 9th floor is breathtaking. People are super nice. We will definitely come back. All the best!

Pros: First of all can't say enough about how nice the whole staff was. Everyone was very helpful, from advice on where to go for food, what to visit, from where to rent a car etc. Rooms were very big with an awesome view of the sea., and most important it was facing north which for me in Grece is a bonus. General hotel clenliness was good, rooms were also cleaned daily. Beach is awesome everywhere in Agia Marina. Nothing but smooth sand and clear waters. Perfect for kids.

Cons: Breakfast was just okay, could have been better. Didn't like the pool area as it was a bit weird being separated in two different pools. The worst part is that there was absolutely no shade anywhere. They don't offer half-board as during the day I'm usually nowhere near the hotel. Bathrooms need a refresh.

Pros: It fully met our expectations. The staff was kind and helpful. The environment and the room were comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Abundant and delicious breakfast. We received a welcome gift. Many program options that the hotel arranged for us. The pool is cleaned every day. We loved it, they made our a holiday and honey moon fantastic.

Pros: Very Friendly and helpful staff. The room was exactly as good as advertised, and we had a fantastic vacation.

Cons: Not really a big problem, but the restaurant is very business around dinner time, and it can be a bit stressful when you have children with you
