Folia Apartments Chania

Another lovely stay!

Pros: Another lovely stay at Folia. We were upgraded to sea-view rooms, which was much appreciated. The view is wonderful, as is the location – 5 mins to the beach and walking distance to many good restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a full-size fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, curtains blocked out the light and the air con worked well. The rooms were cleaned daily and bedding/towels changed a few times during our stay. We had everything we needed and had a very enjoyable week.

Cons: There was a bit more noise this time as we were on the ground floor. It would have been good to have washing-up liquid snd a sponge/cloth supplied (as well as the tea towel) – it seemed silly to buy this when so little was needed.

Lovely break

Pros: Very clean hotel, absolutely spotless. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We arrived at night, pouring with rain, unprepared - they kindly lent us a couple of umbrellas so we could get to a restaurant and supermarket for a few essentials. So many restaurants and bars within walking distance, beach is about a 10 minute walk.

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike. Only word of advice if you are wanting a balcony with sun, check with the hotel. The sunny balcony's looked to be mountain facing not sea view facing.

An incredibly restful holiday

Pros: Had a wonderful stay at the Folia Hotel. Everyone who works there is so friendly and greets you with a smile 😊 The facilities were great, location was perfect for my partner and I. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and there is something for everyone! We enjoyed this part of the day especially. We will return to this hotel some time in the future, we had such a restful stay.

Cons: Nothing - Everything was fantastic.

Pros: Perfect location and view from the room. Good breakfast selection, nice and family atmosphere, lovely hosts :)

Pros: Excellent location. Rooms are just enough what you need. Staff was super friendly and helpful in every interaction we had. Breakfast was also pretty good even though we used it only once. Lastly, there was always a place to park right at the hotel which was really nice.

Cons: It's a bit uphill if you walk from the main street but nothing crazy

Peaceful relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings

Pros: Great location, a little away from the beach but less than 10 minutes walk. And being away from the main road means the hotel feels very peaceful. Great views out to the sea from the room. Lots of really nice restaurants within a ten minute walk away. Staff are always more than happy to help and very friendly. We were always able to get a space around the pool at any time of day.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Spotlessly clean apartments. Grounds and communal areas maintained to the highest standards, all the staff are fab too from the management to all the wider team, they clearly take pride in their service. Good central location for everyone in Agia. Thank you team Folio for a great holiday.

Pros: The breakfast was exceptional. A good variety of different food . The staff was very helpful and attentive.
