The stay was very enjoyable and memorable. Next time we would like to visit after the season starts.

Pros: The Breakfast was really good. The location was amazing just next to the sea like we expected. The hotel staff was nice helpful and friendly.

Cons: There is nothing that didn't like. We liked everything about that property and the stuff. We will plan to visit again later someday. We should plan next time to visit when the season starts.

I recommended , specially for the families with a kids because of the beach .

Pros: Great beach . Staff is amazing , comfortable beds .

Cons: Balcony … We feel like we share our balcony with all ppl at the floor, that be nice if they separated with a plexiglass or something and close completely at the sides .

Pros: Chrispy Beach is all we could have asked for and more. The premises itself has been pristine , comfortable & perfectly located feet from the warm clear sea. The staff have been profession courteous & sincerely welcoming & warm. That is everyone from at reception , housekeeping , breakfast staff plus the pool & bar staff and the lady in the mini market . I would highly recommend this hotel experience to anyone considering staying in the Chania location in Crete.my son & I Hope to come again. Thank you.

Cons: The Phone in the room didn’t work & I mentioned it at reception on my first day & no one did a thing about it. The water wasn’t working the day before we left, no shower or running water.

Pros: Petit déjeuner moyen. Dommage que le petit déjeuner était en intérieur, terrasse ne donnant pas sur la mer.
