we enjoyed it as a first taste of Crete.

Pros: this was the best and most fully equiped house we have ever stayed in. The SAT TV was excellent with all thinkable programmes available.

Cons: Stalos is really a tourist area meaning, you need to be there when the tourist season is in operation, otherwise it is very sleepy. Good location for travellng to the west coast.
