Pros: Stunning villa in a good location although car or taxi an absolute must with the super steep hill. Effie was the best host we could’ve asked for. She couldn’t do enough for us, kept the villa immaculate during our stay and was super friendly.

Cons: The air con needs a serious update. It provided very little respite from the hot temperatures during July. This was literally our only bugbear with the place as absolutely everything else was perfect.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

Pros: Beautiful modern villa with stunning ocean views and gardens. Lovely pool area with table tennis and lots of options for dining. Comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen was great allowing for cooking. Lovely welcome basket on arrival and great communication before and during our holiday. Effie was a perfect host, very friendly and accommodating to our family whilst being discreet.

Cons: Only one parasol around the pool and not many shady areas so more parasols would be good. Sunbeds are a little worn. It's not a criticism of the villa as the location provides its gorgeous views, but be aware it is up a very steep hill and then with additional incline from car park to the villas. This was a challenge for us as a relatively fit family.

Pros: We were on holiday, two families, 7 persons. We had wonderful time at the Rosemary Villa. The view was wonderful and the villa was so nice. The pool was in use every day and the children liked it. The villas are in the hill so car was very usefull when bringing the grocerys to seven people. Special thanks to Effie! She was so helpfull and lovely. We can warmly recommend Koukos Villas to spend holiday in Crete. Pääkkö and Laine familys

Pros: Had a great stay at koukos villas in July, our second time booking. Villa perfect, very clean, great pool. Had an amazing time, will return in the future. The owners were really helpfull. It's was my daughter's 16th birthday and Effie even brought cake for her. Beds were extremely comfy , wish I had checked what brand the mattresses were!

Pros: Effie who met us on arrival was fantastic. She was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. The villa was fantastic

Cons: Whilst the villa is in walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants it is located at the top of a VERY steep hill!

Pros: Wszystko! Lokalizacja na prawde super. Na wzniesieniu co kawalek trzeba przejsc i dzieki temu masz piekne wrecz widoki! Villa bardzo zadbana, czysta, basen tylko do Twojej dyspozycji. Znajdziesz tam wszystko co pptrzebujesz... naczynia, kubki, szkanki, toster... Effi pomocna zawsze. Tylko jesli cos potrzebujesz zawsze jest dla ciebie co bylo dla nas wazne! Takze polecam i wroce na pewno.
