Pros: We had the best time here right across from the sandy beach which was perfect we always got our spot.the villa was very nicely finished and comfortable beds with everything you could need,great layout the bedrooms each have bathrooms and an outside seating area and the pool was perfect size for us.set on beautiful and large private grounds there are many flowers and plants, everything worked well and the host is very friendly and helpful.the best supermarket 5 mins walk,taxis are easy to contact through the WhatsApp,there are massages available at the close by restaurant most of the day.highlight was the peace and privacy we had to relax and enjoy right in kalyves.i would build exactly the same for my dream home.absolutely fantastic 🤩

We loved our stay at the villa and truly appreciate our host.
Pros: Perfect situated villa just footsteps from a nice calm beach with two spots of sunbeds, one belongs to GK Beach hotel and is perhaps a bit more calm and clean than the one exactly infront of the house. The house was perfect for our family with four adults and a toddler, ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom plus “en suite” patios, a lovely pool and a stunning view from the top bedroom with a separate bathroom and terrass. AC works perfectly, peaceful and quite surroundings at night. Washing machine and dishwasher, hot air oven and induction stove. Gods fridge and freezer. The owner is super helpful and had arranged a full tray of bread, snacks, j and honey as well as vegies, cheese, youghurt eggs etc in the fridge for our first breakfast and even arranged a huge portion of delish grilled chicken upon arrrival which was late at night. We had asked for a baby cot and chair which the host provided. Fresh linen and towels plus cleaning of house and pool twice in 10 days!
Cons: Only a few notes: the Sun really blazes on kitchen and out door sitting area and could really use a better form of shade, now we took our breakfast inside the kitchen since it was just too hot to sit outside at the dining area on the terrass. Same for the pool, just one umbrella for 4-5 individuals is not enough. We missed a kind of out door lounge / hang out area with comfortable Lounge chairs, which could easily be fixed in the future.

Pros: Beatiful villa on the beach, we had a very nice stay. The owner is willing to help you with anything you need. Restaurants close by, supermarket around the corner, the villa has everything. Absolutely perfect.
Cons: Not for very small children as the pool is 160cm deep. For our children (12 and 14) it was very good.

Beautiful house in an amazing location
Pros: Beautiful, spacious property, well laid out with a lovely pool. Stunning views from the house - can lay in bed and see and hear the sea. Amazing location near to a quiet part of the beach but between two places to get food and drinks. Some tavernas within 10 min walk, a little longer to get to Kalyves.
Cons: There wasn’t much we didn’t like! It’s a little further than we thought to walk to Kalyves centre.

Pros: Krasne misto a krasny dum, vse ciste. 3 loznice kazda s vlastnim socialnim zarizenim, tedy za mne prijemny nadstandard. Prijeli jsme vecer, pan majitel nas uvital, vse ukazal a navic moc mile privitani ve forme zakladnich potravin a pochutin! Opravdu mile. Komunikace na vybornou. V pulce pobytu i uklid! Kdyz to pujde, radi se vratime!🙂

Pros: Unübertreffbare Lage direkt am Strand! Und die Dachterrasse ist ein Top-Spot für einen gechillten Sundowner! ❤️🔥
Cons: Die Pool-Liegen hätten mal ein Update verdient. 🙃 … und ein (senkrechter) Sonnenschutz für die Frühstücksterrasse wäre auch sehr hilfreich.

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses, direkt am Strand ist perfekt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Gastgeber, Antonis, ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
