Iliopetra Villa

A Perfect property with excellent facilities and lovely hosts

Pros: Perfect, good facilities, spotlessly clean, good off road parking, quiet, great views from the garden, plenty of outdoor seating and eating facilities, 10 min walk to 3 traditional tavernas that were all good. Washing machine so only limited luggage needed. Stable good internet. About 25min easy drive from airport, near beaches and Chania. Lovely hosts. I could go on and on. Great property.

Cons: That we had to come home 😢

Perfect location to relax and explore the island.

Pros: The villa is renovated fantastically and it’s super well equipped. You have everything you need from nice espresso machine to washing machine. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable. The view from the veranda is breathtaking. The hosts are just great. They were so helpful and welcoming. The location was great for us because we were looking for nice relaxing and quiet village but for sure you need to have a car. Even though the village is secluded there are 3 tavernas and a mini market in the center which is around 10 minutes away (walking). Both the airport and Chania are 30 minutes by car. You can get in the main road in just 2-3 minutes. This was the best place out of the 3 we stayed for our 13 days trip on the island. We will definitely go back to Crete and for sure we will stay again at this great villa.

Cons: There really is nothing to write in this section. Everything was perfect.

The authentic Greek experience!

Pros: Very beautiful villa, which is a beautiful modernized and confortable cretan traditional house. The location is in a former village, currently transformed in a vacation village, 12 km nearby the noisy Chania. You need a car, if you choose this location.

Pros: Lovely and comfortable place in a rural setting. Cheerful and helpful host. This is an excellent location for exploring western Crete for those looking to avoid city bustle, while being within a short driving distance to most conveniences.

Great stay near Chania

Pros: The location is quite good. Located in a quiet village yet just 20-30 minutes from Chania and the airport. The village has amazingly good dining options you can walk to. The bungalow was charming. It has two bedrooms with full baths at opposite ends for privacy. The kitchen is well-equipped. The enclosed yard is pleasant for sitting, There are nice views to the mountains. We would highly recommend this place for a visit to the west end of the island.

Lovely retreat

Pros: Cosy little villa up in the mountains equiped with everything you might need, with a well kept beautiful yard and amazing mountain views. The host was lovely and welcoming and we would love to come back!

Pros: Το σπίτι ειναι άνετο, καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο σε ήσυχη περιοχή με πολύ ωραία θέα τα βουνά. Οι οικοδέσποινες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικές και φιλόξενες, είχαν φροντίσει να υπάρχουν τρόφιμα, νερό και ποτά στο ψυγείο και κανόνισαν με τη βοήθεια του πατέρα τους να μας δωρίσουν και ενα τελάρο σύκα! Γύρω απο το σπίτι υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να χαλαρώσει κανείς και να απολάυσει τη θέα στα βουνά. Επειδή η πτήση μας ηταν αργά το βράδυ μας άφησαν να μείνουμε χωρίς χρέωση μετά την ώρα που έπρεπε να κάνουμε check-out.
