Sirios Village Hotel & Bungalows - All Inclusive

Fantastic vacation with great food, weather and amenities. Highly recommend!

Pros: All food, service, facilities all excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Nice safe atmosphere. Great location with shops and tavernas near by. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Cons: There are lots of cats who live in the complex and some staff spray them with cleaning fluid to discourage them from being around the guests; water would suffice or even simply shooing them away. The pool toilet floor can become very slippery and would benefit from a non-slip mat or similar. A Danish holiday tour company arrived and rather took over, bringing their own entertainment/staff who carried out activities with very loud music in the pool area. Given the hotel was not solely for their guests this was rather inconsiderate.; one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it was reported to have minimal entertainment and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

Very Good Hotel

Pros: The reception staff where brilliant. We arrived early expecting a, wait but our room was ready very early. Food was very good. Everywhere very clean, the whole site, was, very well maintained.

Cons: The WiFi was a problem on our visit, but think the company where in to sort it the next day. Just needs to be faster

Relaxing stay in a top resort close to a beautiful beach

Pros: Relaxing, attention to detail, friendliness of staff, facilities and food.

Cons: It was a shame most of the entertainment had finished for the season even though the resort was still open.

We had a great week together with family and kids! The hotel, location, staff, food, facilities was a solid 8/10 😃

Pros: New fresh hotel rooms, good cleaning service, great staff, and very kids friendly 😊

Cons: The beverages over all were not the best unfortunately. Would have been great if there were more alternatives and higher quality. As well as the cleaning of the smallest of the kids pool which was dirty all week.

Top tier staff

Pros: Bar staff were absolutely amazing, made us feel very at home and like we didn't want to leave. The reception team were very knowledgeable and the restaurant team were extremely helpful and considerate. The hotel was nice, food was good, great location close to bus routes and not far from lovely beaches and shops. However, it really was the people that made this trip exceptional.

Spotless room with private splunge pool and ok services

Pros: The staff cleaned after messy all inclusive guest tirelessly. Pools were beautiful and our room with our own tiny splunge pooll was espesially lovely. Staff at reception, room cleaning, busboys and minimarket were extra kind and welcoming. . The small waterpark and arraged foamparty and circus performanssi were top par. We realised that maybe we are not all inclusive type of people, but that is more of a note to guest behavior than hotel services, which were great.

Cons: Food got a little bit repetative after couple of days - all was ok, but since you make food for masses, it needs to please everyone, so there was no great taste experiences and you could get drinks only in small plastic cups, so we rather went elsewhere for drinks and dinner. Older estaurant captain with mustache was so into his work and rules and howered over his staff, that in moments he seemed even angry and created uncomftable athmosphere in restaurant and it reflected the eating experience. He also scoulded needlessly customers, also children in manner that came of arrogant. Plus side of his behavior was that he probaböy was the reason why restaurant was so cleand and organized.

Nice for a hotel

Pros: The kids loved the pools. It was all inclusive food and drinks and icecream. They liked the circus that was on one night.

Cons: The pools closed early so there really wasn't anything the kids could do. It wasnt close to the beach or the city. Had to pay extra to use the tennis and soccer field.

Amazing!

Pros: Beautiful and big hotel. Good food and amazing staff, so kind specially Nikos. They made the stay so much better! You have everything in reach. Perfect location. A little store inside the hotel area, playground. Definitely recommend families to stay at this hotel. So relaxing. I will definitely go back!

My kids and my parents loved our stay.

Pros: Nice family and kids friendly hotel. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. Location was good too, Chania city 10mins by taxi, and there's a beach within 5-10mins walk. Different cuisine theme every day 👍There is also a mini market inside the village hotel and it was a plus for us 👌
