Pros: We liked everything about the resort. Exceeded our expectations.

Cons: We couldn't understand that if you had half board or full board and still had to pay extra for certain meals. What is the point!

Great staff, without them i certainly wouldn't consider going again

Pros: staff were excellent, nothing was any prob to them. Very modern and clean and sat perfectly on the beach.

Cons: too far from town and immediate area it was located in wasn't the best. Not many bars or restaurants and back streets weren't that clean and tidy either. Rooms were very small and bathroom was tiny. Gym wasn't the best felt like you were in a black dungeon with poor AC. Prices for food and drinks (even water and pop) were stupidly expensive also.

A dream resort

Pros: Domes Noruz redefined pet-friendly luxury from the moment we arrived - three staff members were literally waiting to greet Daisy with her own welcome drink, luxury bed, toys, and branded bandana while I received champagne and a private resort tour. The complete beach access with no restrictions, ground-level suite with private outdoor space, and genuine staff excitement (not just tolerance) for Daisy made this feel like a true luxury experience for both of us. From QR code beach ordering to helping organize trips & excursions, every detail worked seamlessly for travelers.

Cons: The restaurant was missing some hearty options for food - it was extremely clean. The pet fee was unusually high but with what was provided it was great.

A perfect honeymoon stay

Pros: We had such an amazing experience at Domus Noruz—it was one of the best parts of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we felt super comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is absolutely incredible, always kind and helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. A special thanks to Christina, who was wonderful and gave us some really nice local tips that made our stay even better. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, with great amenities and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout. Everything was just spot-on. It was one of those places where everything comes together perfectly—the people, the space, the service. We’d definitely come back and can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and easygoing experience in Chania.
