Nomen est omen.

Pros: Gyönyörű apartman, festői helyen - a név teljesen lefedi a valóságot. Még sokkal szebbnek bizonyult, mint a fotókon. A családi reggelit rendszeresen a teraszon fogyasztottuk el - egyébként az óriási terasz minden igényt kielégít. Az átvételkor makulátlan volt a tisztaság. A helyi strand 10 perces sétára volt. Családoknak egy ideális megoldás Kréta felfedezésére.

Cons: A szállást tekintve olyan nagyon semmi. Ennél a szállásnál alapvető az autóbérlés, mert máshogy nem lehet megmozdulni. A problémát nem is annyira a szállás jelentette, hanem a Booking.com elfogadhatatlan hozzáállása. Egy adminisztratív hiba miatt a korábbi foglalásom összegét a számlámról ugyan levonták, de az összeget nem írták jóvá - így a Booking.com lemondta a már kifizetett szolgáltatást. Az ügyfélszolgálat minimális segítséget sem nyújtott a megoldásban, emiatt végül újra kellett foglaljak (a korábbi helyett így jött képbe a Casa Bella Vista), és újra is kellett fizetnem. A visszatérítés elhúzódott a nyaralás végéig, emiatt voltak financiális problémáim. A jogos kártérítéstől persze elzárkóznak... Szerencse a szerencsétlenségben, hogy a Casa Bella Vista szállás annyira elnyerte a családom tetszését, hogy valószínűleg az eredeti opció sem lett volna jobb.
