Pros: The house is new, clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. The garden is very nice, with sea view. Easy to park the car. Maria is very kind and helpful.

Pros: We had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful with a nice big garden and a great view! Everything we needed was available (towels, shampoo, shower gel, tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine, kitchen utensils etc.). And Maria is an amazing host! She provided us with lots of tips and was super helpful and sweet. We loved to meet her and we really recommend spending your vacation in Crete at this place!

Exceptional value for money; wonderful host; highly recommended in all respects.

Pros: This was a fantastic find. A newly refurbished bottom half of a house with a lovely back yard, western-facing view of the sea offering fantastic sunsets, and an interior done to high specifications, both in the furnishing and the fittings. All felt very new. Working screens on all windows and doors were so very appreciated. As was the general feel of privacy. Even when guests did arrive above, we didn't hear them. The location to the beach down the road and mini-markets up the street was also very convenient. And the best part of all was Maria, our host, who was so attentive to our every need, and gave exceptionally good recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and other places around the Chania region. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome, fully supplied, and fully informed, answering our general queries speedily. She was a model host. Couldn't recommend the place more highly (and I generally don't say this easily). Superb value for money.

Cons: There is very little I can think of that would improve on our experience, especially for the price. Yes, it could have been closer to the beach; you wouldn't have wanted to walk the 10-12 minutes on the winding roads with very small kids, e.g. But for us the sense of privacy made up for this. The area is right over the flight path of Chania airport, but it was only the fighter jets that were particularly disruptive, as they flew their practice runs, and not the commercial jets, which were too infrequent and not low enough to be a problem. And fighter jets are always something to behold, so we did not take exception to their flyovers. Again, the general location (beaches, proximity to Chania, etc.) was fantastic and makes up for the negligible air traffic issues.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber! Maria ist immer erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Pros: Μείναμε σε αυτό το υπέροχο σπίτι και πραγματικά ξεπερνούσε κάθε προσδοκία! Ο τεράστιος κήπος με τις ξαπλώστρες ήταν ιδανικός για χαλάρωση, ειδικά την ώρα του ηλιοβασιλέματος — η θέα στη θάλασσα ήταν απλά μαγευτική. Η τοποθεσία είναι άψογη, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, ενώ το σπίτι είναι ολοκαίνουριο,( έχει τα πάντα μέσα δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα ) εξοπλισμένο με εξαιρετικά άνετα κρεβάτια που μας χάρισαν απολαυστικό ύπνο. Επιπλέον, ήταν πολύ δροσερό και ευχάριστο καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!
