Really comfortable

Pros: Spotless clean, huge comfy bed, great modern shower.

Cons: Check in at a different building which was difficult to find. Only ceiling windows so great for a short stay but wouldn’t want to stay any longer than a couple of days.

Pros: Fantastic location, a short walk from the harbour in one direction and the bus and taxi services in the other. The room was very clean and well serviced and the air con was a treat.

Cons: If you struggle with steps this may be an issue as there’s no lift.

Nice place in the heart of Chania

Pros: beautiful room equipped with all the facilities. Daily cleaning and different shower kits. Also, two bottles of water were provided for free. Great position in the center of Chania, with a lot of restaurants, shops, and bars around. The staff was super nice and welcoming. Very comfortable beds with a lot of pillows, nice bathroom.

Cons: The WiFi in the room was not very efficient, expect for the second day, it was not so stable and fast. Anyhow, I managed to work.

Great location for heading into Chania old town

Pros: The room was lovely the bed was a super king and extremely comfy Very close to the old town in Chania which was just what we wanted

Cons: We were on the ground floor I don't think there was much sound insulation between upstairs and us, very noisy footfall at times The check in was at another hotel although not too far away we were told that it was called Ellia Bettola but only Ellia was written on the sign it is a single door in between 2 shops so not the easiest to find at 11 pm at night! Access to our apartment was through a secluded square where there were several rough sleepers something to consider before booking

Perfect location

Pros: Elia Kentron apartment is in the perfect location, in the heart of Chania close to everything. It was great that you couldn't hear anything from the streets while in the apartment. The staff were very helpful.

Short stay prior to flight home

Pros: Great location. Only needed for 1 night at the end of my holiday prior to flying home. It was a perfect location near the bus station and the old town to explore

Cons: No reception at the property, whilst the walk isn’t far to where you check in/out (2 mins), with cases it was frustrating
