Basic apartment

Pros: The apartment is new equipped with most of needed utensils in the kitchen. The host was super helpful contacting us every day via whatsapp (slightly weird, but nice) The complex was totally empty so we felt really comfortable Short walk to the beach. and you can walk along the beach. Spacious balcony to arrange dinners

Cons: The beach is not really attractive so in fact we were driving to other locations. The shops are a drive not a walk away. There was no hand soap in the bathroom which was quite uncomfortable; we did travel with our own toiletries anyway but not hand soap.... Even though the equipment and furniture looked as new, it was already in poor shape, it seems like the cheapest available which is typically less durable. This made the first impressions worse than expected.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect, thanks to Manos, who was an exceptional host. The apartment was exactly as described on Booking—spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We would love to come back again. Thank you so much!

Quiet nice apartment

Pros: The apartment is ikea basic, so functional but not cosy. It has a fridge and freezer and an oven, so you can cook, but there are enough restaurants walking distance. The pool was beautiful, the washing machine and ironing board super useful. We were lucky in October, 23 Celcius, Sunny , it was perfect, we got duvets for the night chill. Local beach is good for a morning swim but boring. Nice beaches are 10 minutes away by car.

Cons: The sofa needs replacing.

Great place - would come again!

Pros: Loved our stay here, great facilities in the apartment and amazing to have the pool outside our door and the beach down the end of the street. Manos was a wonderful host who responded to any questions or issues immediately.

Cons: It was all good!

Would go back. Very helpful staff member who replied to any queries about where to go etc swiftly. Clean. Tidy. Modern.

Pros: Very spacious spread across two floors for family of 5. Everything you needed was catered for. Patio area faced swimming pool which was literally 20 yards away so was very handy sitting here when our children where in pool. Very close to beach. Within walking distance of big supermarket. Plenty of restaurants also within walking distance. Bus stop to Chania was a 2 minute walk away with buses every 30 minutes.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything to moan about to be honest. It was very quiet when we was there so very relaxed & chilled…how we like it!

Pros: silence, space, facilities (including bedrooms and kitchen), distance to the beach, large balcony, swimming pools, close to a lot of tavernas and restaurants

Cons: no garbage collection in 7 days;

Amazing stay in a very comfortable apartment.

Pros: Wonderful location close to the beach. Duplex apartment was as described, plenty of space for a family with adult children. The beds were very comfortable! Manos provided lots of helpful information, with instructions for arrival and recommendations for local tavernas and supermarkets, he was onsite to provide a warm welcome when we arrived.

Cons: The cooking equipment was a bit limited, a couple of Pyrex dishes would have been helpful as we like to eat in much of the time and a dishwasher - there is the space for one in the kitchen.

Comfortable, near the beach an amazing host!

Pros: The host was super friendly and help us in every issue or question we have. Super friendly and caring. The flat was super spacious and clean. The pool as well super clean and beautiful.

Pros: Amazing apartment very clean and has all the things you need to be comfortable

Pros: Superb modern and new flat. The flat was very big and at floor level with its own little garden and direct access to the big swimming pool. The beach was just across the road!!! The are nice restaurants with excellent food in Maleme There is air conditioning in all the rooms (2 bedrooms and living room incl. kitchen), each room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is fully equiped. The agent (Manos) was extremely helpful. He provided detailled instructions and useful tips about supermarkets, restaurantes, etc prior to arrival. He responded immediately to any of our requests and provided extra towels or whatever we needed. He also allowed us to stay a little longer on the last day. Thansk for everything! We really enjoyed the stay!
