Zweckmäßig - gute Lage, um schnell wegzukommen 🙈

Pros: ELENENA! Die beste Türöffnerin aller Zeiten. Großes Dankeschön! sehr unkomplizierter Check, in, schnelle Hilfe bei Problem, was wir selbst verursacht haben. Dafür alle Daumen nach oben. 👍🏻 Die verkehrsgünstige Lage. Die Nähe zum Meer.

Cons: Leider sehr spartanisch, nicht gemütlich eingerichtet (es gibt auf circa 100 m², ein Bild, und eine Vase). Die Raumaufteilung - vor allen Dingen die, der Bäder. sind aus unserer Sicht total daneben. 2 Bäder, aber duschen, ohne Überschwemmung nicht möglich. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad - oben nur ein paar Zentimeter neben dem Waschbecken, so dass alles beim waschen nass wird - unten gar keine Möglichkeit. Und dann fragen wir uns, was sollen die circa 12-14 m² komplett freier Platz im Untergeschoss? Hätte man davon nur 1 bis 2 m² für das Bad genutzt, müsste man nicht rückwärts neben dem Waschbecken einparken, um die Tür schließen zu können, um aufs Klo zu kommen.
