Pros: Πολύ άνετο και ζεστό σπίτι. Κατάλληλο για διαμονή το καλοκαίρι, καθώς είναι διαμπερές και κάνει ρεύμα ο αέρας. Παρέχει ο,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για να είναι ανεξάρτητος και να νιώθει άνετα. Πολύ ευγενική, βοηθητική και φιλόξενη ιδιοκτήτρια.
