Flos Apartments

Pros: The apartment was equipped with everything you might need. It was spotless and everything smelled really nice. The host has left us some refreshments and gifts which was a really nice touch. There were beach towels and umbrellas for all the guests to use which was very convenient. There is a bakery right next to the apartments. There is a parking on site and the airport is very close (10 minutes car ride).

Cons: The view is not so nice - our apartment had a view on the road, however the noice isolation is good so it didn’t interrupt our night sleep.

Pros: This place really has it all in terms of facilities and comfort. Large private pool, fully equipped kitchen plus BBQ.

Cons: The location right next to a busy highway means it’s not the quietest place when you’re lounging at the pool.

Pros: We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from cooking utensils to small thoughtful details. You could really tell that everything had been carefully considered. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was a game of Uno or preparing a meal, everything was already there – nothing was missing. It felt like every detail had been thought through to make guests feel at home and completely relaxed. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only downside was the traffic noise during the night, which made it a bit difficult to get a deep sleep.

Pros: It’s perfect. The pool was wonderful. The attention to detail amazing. The little added extras a treat.

Pros: They only deserve 10 points for every category. Even 9.9 is unfair! For sure I will come back.

Perfect base to explore Chania & Crete

Pros: Modern, comfortable and safe (especially for a solo woman traveller). The apartment had so many small, personal touches like a welcome platter of fruit, wine and juice. There were also beach towels for use and a room cleaning service that you could opt in/out of. The owner checked in regularly and parking was easy and safe. Loved the full kitchen with high-end appliances. 10-15 mins drive to Chania old town. Anything I needed (top up for soap, salt, etc) was provided promptly. Got a lovely parting gift at the end too. Would 100% recommend!

Cons: My room was right by the road so if the balcony door was open, the traffic would be really loud. This is easily solved by keeping the door closed but if you’re looking to ventilate the room, that might be best done at night when there’s minimum traffic. There’s also a mesh door so no insects get in while ventilating!

Pros: The property is fabulous! It is in excellent condition, spacious, very well equipped with high quality amenities and furniture. The location is excellent to explore the town of Chania and surrounding areas. The property offers beautiful sea views from both levels and offers a private parking. Argyro is an excellent host, very friendly, helpful and discreet. Super clean space and extremely well maintained. Overall I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in spending time around Chania!

Cons: If someone is very sensitive to noise you need to be mindful that there is some noise from the nearby road but we were not really affected by it. The property is equipped with double glazed windows which minimise the noise.

Totally beyond my expectations. Professional, Contemporary and Comfortable

Pros: I had a constant (human) contact who stayed in touch and replied to me within minutes. He showed me around the apartment and made sure I was familiar with the electronics, WIFI codes and appliances. He wat also on hand to answer any questions throughout my stay

Cons: Really and truthfully I was impressed with all aspects of the apartment. I'm not sure I could find fault with anything.

Pros: We arrived on a later evening flight and the owners kindly met us and explained the apartment and how everything worked. they kindly accommodated my family when they joined us, I found them extremely helpful and extremely quick to respond/make contact when needed. the apartment was tastefully designed with stunning views and one of the best stays we have had as a family :) I would return again.

Cons: All was very good, the only negative I had is we had one car key fob between two cars which made it difficult as we both did different things on days so had to work around that slightly. Everything else was perfect and the apartment was absolutely stunning with amazing views and one of the best stays we have had as a family :)

Pros: Our stay was wonderful. Our guest were very sweet and reactive to any potential question because we did not have any problem during our stay. The pool is very nice for relax and the apartment is at 10 minutes of Chania. From this point, we were able to visit a lot of different beaches around Chania and the West coast. Although is in front of a road, we did not suffer any disturbance. Next to the apartment, there is also a gorgeous ice cream shop that was delightful for the kids!
