A relaxing stay - all the comforts of home
Pros: Right on the beach, literally 5 steps from the gate to the sand. Sunbeds and umbrellas included. Nice swimming. The apartment was very spacious, modern, and clean. Fully equipped kitchen but plenty of restaurants - our favourite was Diktynas on the port side. Kolymbari is a nice smaller village and very relaxing. Parking was 2 steps away. George was friendly and easy to contact. Sitting on the balcony in the afternoon was great.

Enjoyed my vacation here a lot!
Pros: Property is excellent: comfortable, big enough for family with kid, clean, with all the facilities, sea view terrace, sun beds in the garden. Enjoyed the stay a lot. In 20 meters two restaurants are available, following by many more. Supermarket 10 minutes by foot. It stays almost on the beach.
Cons: Sea was not like Falasarna) it’s a joke, but during storm sea becomes full of plastic. But Falasarna is 35mins by car!!!!

A gem right on the beach
Pros: A gem of a place at what is probably the best location jn Kolymbari. Very clean, extremely well equipped and with a lovely host !

Beautiful and relaxing
Pros: The locations is literally on the beach and the sea is so beautiful and clean….the property offers free sun beds and towels for the beach time. I think this property is really suitable for families. The owners were very nice. In our arrival at the property, we found fruits, water and a bottle of wine. And when we left George prepared for us some local gifts. Very nice people….thank you for everything…we hope to come back soon

Excellent location, amazing apartment!
Pros: Excellent location (the beach is basically a step away, restaurants, bar and shops as well as the port with boat renting opportunity are in walking distance), new, clean and well-equiped apartment, very friendly and helpful host
Cons: Voice protection was not the best (street-front apartment), useful information should be shared proactively in advance (e.g. how we can get the key or where we should bring the garbage). However, these are all small things, the whole apartment is strongly recommended!

Excellent vacation
Pros: Mr. George and Mrs. Aria are the best hosts we have ever met. Beautiful family, ready to help with any question, so many presents and surprises. Great private sun umbrellas (free for guests), wonderful sea in about 20 meters from apartments - the best for holidays with children. BTW Kolymbari has a lot of good restaurants, nice marine and square close to it, supermarkets, souvenir shops are also there... Nice place for excellent vacation.

Pros: Clean beach nicely nestled in a calm cove. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. I had an excellent stay at George and Aria’s place! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. George was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kolymbari.

We wanted a fly'n'flop holiday. This suited us perfectly. Probably a bit too quiet for teenagers or nightclubbe

Hidden gem
Pros: Excellent location, you can almost roll out of bed and on to the beach with tavernas on your doorstep. The apartment was fully equipped with even a dishwasher and washing machine. However, the best bit is the host George. He is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We spent a memorable evening having a BBQ with George, his wife Alria (also lovely), and their family and friends culminating in an evening swim . Skip the big soulless hotel and stay here to experience genuine Cretan hospitality. We're already planning to return next year!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need. Wonderful fluffy towels including beach towels. Even a sewing kit and an umbrella iron and ironing board. Unbelievable. Comfortable beds and a view to die for. George the owner is a gem. Fruit on arrival and a parting gift of olive oil and honey. Love that man and his wonderful mum who lives upstairs and doesn't speak English but smiles all the time. Can't wait to return.
