Perfect for a lovely stay

Pros: We loved this beautiful and stylish apartment located directly at the beach! Kitchen has everything you need. Two Air conditions which cool down the apartment in minutes. Clean & comfortable bathroom with a big shower. Also great view from the balcony & fast Wifi. Nikos is a great host, making sure everything was perfect for us. Thanks a lot!

Pros: The apartments are super nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Very close to the beach, to restaurants and super market. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The owner left for us water, a basket of fruits and snacks that was very kind and useful as we arrive late night hungry:). Special thanks for that🤗

Pros: Perfect location right at Kolymvari beach & promenade with ocean views from balconies. Ultra modern finishes but simple not fancy. Ideal for solo travellers like me or 2-3 people..

Uitstekende locatie, heerlijk appartement nabij strand, centrum en geen massatoerisme .

Pros: Locatie is geweldig. Wij waren hier in de maand november dan is het nog heerlijk weer en weinig toerisme. Het appartement is efficiënt ingedeeld en schoon. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en zorgt dat je je gelijk thuis voelt. Dank je wel Nikos en tot de volgende keer! John en Evelyn

Cons: Tip voor de eigenaar om de muur naar het aangrenzende appartement beter te isoleren i.v.m. contactgeluiden.

Pros: The appartment has a perfect location right next to the beach which you can also see a bit from your balcony. It is well equipped (perhaps some knives are only missing), modern and has even the foundational stuff for cooking (salt, pepper, olive oil). In general, it's perfect for a couple that wants to spend much time outside, but maybe cuddle on the balcony in the evenings ...

Cons: Very small bathroom, no isolation - you can hear the guests next door

Super entspannter Urlaub

Pros: Niko ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Das Apartment ist neu und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch schön, aber den hätte ich gar nicht gebraucht. Die Matratzen sind neu und genauso wie sich sie mag. Es gibt zwei Balkone für Sonnenaufgang-und Untergang mit einer wirklich tollen Aussicht. Der Strand ist in einer Minute zu erreichen, Es gibt einen Bäcker 2min. und alle Restaurants in 5min.. Was ich großartig fand, war das sehr schnelle Internet. Man kann dort prima Remote arbeiten.

Cons: Wenn es nach einer Woche mal einen Zimmerservice gegeben hätte.

Tolle Wohnung

Pros: Schönes sauberes und neu renoviertes Appartment mit Balkon. Von dem man einen schönen Meerblick hat. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr über das Willkommensgeschenk gefreut.

Pros: Нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Чисто, красиво, до пляжа минута ходьбы. Владелец апартаментов Никос был очень вежлив и рассказал, что посетить, где покушать и на что посмотреть на острове. Отдых прошел замечательно, большое спасибо!
