Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and located in an exceptional place. Everything we needed was nearby, and the beach was just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Pros: We had a great stay at Adam's apartments, great food in their restaurant also, which had a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect if you want a few days next to the amazing Falassarna beach.

Lovely people and location!

Pros: We booked last minute and arrived early, but we were greeted warmly and accommodated with an early check in, despite the fact that it was peak summer and they were full. The location is a quick walk to the beach, the room was immaculately clean with a lovely verandah area and the bathroom was modern. We had breakfast at the tavern which was great. When we checked out we forgot our personal ID documents and cash in a drawer. The lovely cleaning lady found them and the guys at reception called us repeatedly via phone until I finally picked up (I was driving so didn’t answer at first). We turned around and drove back half an hour to get them, and we were SO VERY grateful because we were heading to the other side of the island and would have only noticed hours away otherwise. Also we were impressed and grateful for the honesty. Very decent, kind people all round.

Cons: A few of the kitties which hang around the accommodation were noticeably sick and very hungry and skinny. I was wondering if there are organisations that sterilise and immunise the strays?

Pros: Room was amazing, new and modern. The kitchen Greek momma style was top class fresh and delicious cooking. TOTALLY recommend and an amazing must go to beach close by

Pros: Very close to the beach, the apartment was clean and comfortable, with a cute terrace. There is a family restaurant near the apartment, the shop is 200 m away. Falasarna beach is great, if you don't like being in the crowd, there are secluded places on the right side of the beach.

Pros: Adam is in a great location and has a very good taverna just to the side of the apartments. Easy parking, and the beach is a 5 minutes walk away.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent location and clean place

Pros: Absolutely. Very clean and comfortable . Excellent location to enjoy the beach. Staff were super kind .

Cons: The fridge in the room , super noisy during the night but I unplugged it . So no big deal.

Private place next to beautiful beach

Pros: It was a nice private place, not crowded, parking was good, dont have to worry about parking place. Few minutes to walk to the beach. A nice family taverna next to the apartments. A beatiful view to the sea and sunset. Highly recommend it to everyone 😎

Pros: We loved the location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and bars. The Adam taverna was excellent, probably the best place we ate at, including the breakfast. Very close to the shop, just up the hill. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view, easy to watch the sun go down from the balcony. The owner was great, very chilled out and accommodating. Loved the owners dog too! Excellent value for money

Cons: Didn't bother us at all but there was some construction in front of the apartments, it didn't spoil the view at all and the workers didn't start too early.
