Out of the way, quiet place yet situated near great restaurant, market, and beach.
Pros: The apartment was very clean and the owner had obviously thought about all the things we might need. They left us home-made cake and (of course) rakia and were very helpful acquainting us with how everything worked. The apartment is new, and though it is small it is very well thought out. You can walk down to a nice small beach in 5-7 minutes or drive a few minutes to the larger Falasarna beach. The other nice thing about this apartment is that although it is out of the way, it is next to the Sunset Taverna (which people love) and a market. So you can decide to use the small kitchen, or eat out! Our host, Niki, couldn't have been nicer! We look forward to returning here!
Cons: If we needed anything, we just asked for it and Niki brought it over. We needed a frying pan and she dropped by and gave us one! So, not much to complain about!

Perfect stay for family
Pros: To be completeley honest, we liked everything. The apartment was very cozy, super clean and equipped with everything needed. Also very close to the baby beach, which was perfect since we traveled with our 1 year old daughter. Restaurants and market just across the apartment. Area very quiet and nice. And not least, Niki was very nice, warm and helpful, we appreciated all the little treats and gifts. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will definetely come back next time.
Cons: Nothing to add here. Everything was perfect!

Great place for a relaxing few days.
Pros: Clean, modern, close to beaches, bars and restaurants. Great staff and great communication. We even got a gift of home made biscuits and jam.

Pros: Nikkis place is amazing, we booked for 5 nights, Location is perfect, 4 min by car and 15 min by walk from Falasarna beach. Flasarna baby Beach is 3 min walk. Apartment is in close proximity to tavernas, supermarket and a bar. You can enjoy relaxing on the veranda looking over sea in the afternoon noon and have an amazing sunset in the evening. I will recommend it for short and long stay. The place is specious with a kitchen and small living room. Additionally, Nikki is an amazing host, available all the time and giving us good recommendations for the local food to enjoy, plus we also got home grown organic tomatoes and onions to try our own greek salad. Thank you Nikki for being a super host!

Perfect place for parents with 2 kids.
Pros: Close to the beach and baby beach. Host is very friendly, responsive and helpfull. Washing machine and all amnities what you need: shower gel, washing pads, diswasher pads, coffee, tea. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty towels.
Cons: The coach bed is not convienient for adults, but for kids is perfectly fine. Sometimes the drain in the shower smells. You can hear the neighbours somewhat in the evening / showering times.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso
Pros: Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza di questo appartamentino! Niki è stata davvero gentilissima: al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una torta deliziosa, bottiglie di succo e acqua. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno: capsule per il caffè, detersivi, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. La vista è impagabile (tramonti mozzafiato!) e il patio è incantevole: perfetto per fare colazione, pranzare o cenare all’aperto. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da un market, da alcune taverne eccellenti e dalla splendida Falassarna Baby Beach. Di notte regnano pace e silenzio, e lo stesso vale durante il giorno. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato. Inoltre, Niki ci ha dato la possibilità di fare un late checkout, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo visto che il nostro volo era alla sera. Se potessimo ripartiremmo subito per tornare in quel piccolo angolo di paradiso!

You want house on the beach? This is it 🏖️
Pros: I had the most wonderful time staying at a house on Falasarna beach in Crete. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the crystal-clear sea and golden sand. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets from the terrace, which made every evening magical. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to great tavernas and local attractions. It felt like the perfect blend of comfort and authentic Cretan charm. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!
