Amazing! 100% recommend
Pros: If you are doubting between this apartment and another… take this one, you will not be disappointed! The apartment is fully equipped, you even get some free food/drinks in the refrigerator from the host. We stayed 5 nights and the apartment was cleaned/towels changed mid-stay. As there was no one staying before or just after us, we were able to check in early and the check out late was also possible.
Cons: Not an issue with apartment but there was road work just under the windows when we stayed. It can be an issue everywhere you stay but remember that the apartment has the window shutters that might help a bit (we realised only very late).

Pros: Location is easy walk to old town and port. Kitchen very well equipped. Our host provided fruit, eggs, toast, wine and raki as well as coffee and tea. Very thoughtful and helpful!

The BEST stay in Chania, Crete!
Pros: We had an incredible stay at Kaizen! It was located in a safe and convenient location. Short walk to Old town or the port with tons of restaurants, shops and coffee shops all around. Katerina was genuinely so kind and friendly. Her hospitality was outstanding and went above to always check in to make sure everything was going great. We really appreciated the little extras upon check in. The space was super clean, organized and well stocked! The host had a ton of little extra things around the unit to better your stay during traveling. It was amazing!!
Cons: Nothing.... We had to leave!

Pros: This accommodation was far beyond expectations, the location, the taste how it was furnished, the service given amazing, the cleanness amazing. This accommodation is surprisingly and 100% recommended !

Pros: The best accomodation that we had in Crete. The owner welcomed us with toys for our kid, snaks, fruits, drinks etc Thank you for this! The apartament is spacious, clean and very cozy. Walking in old town is 5 minuts away, so it was very good located and we had free parking.

Pros: Ultra lüks ve konforluydu. Mutfak gereçleri eksiksizdi, buzdolabı meyve ve içeceklerle doluydu. Plaj şemsiyesi ve sandalyeleri bile düşünülmüştü. Ev çok temiz, dekorasyonu mükemmel, konumu harika ve yakında ücretsiz otopark var. Uzun süre kalmak için ideal

Pros: Äusserst ästhetisch eingerichtet mit einem Hauch von Luxus. Um uns von den Aktivitäten zu erholen haben wir die Zeit sehr gerne in der wunderschönen Kaizen verbracht.

Pros: Todo o conforto, localização e atenção eu a Katerina teve connosco! Foi sem dúvida a melhor escolha que podíamos ter feito em Chania. Levamos connosco as melhores recordações da nossa Lua de Mel, também graças à Katerina que nos recebeu maravilhosamente.

Cons: Het enige is dat de entree van het appartmentengebouw gedateerd en vies is.

Perfekte Gatsgeberin mit super Service und einem tollen Apartment.
Pros: Katarina, war sehr zuvorkommend und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Sie hat sich um unseren Transfer vom und zum Flughafen gekümmert und uns liebevoll mit Obst, Wein und einem gefüllten Kühlschrnak empfangen. Besonders großzügig war, dass wir unser Mietauto durch Katarina kostenlos in der gegenüberliegenden Parkgarage parken konnten. Das war ein super Service! Man geht zu Fuß nur ca. 5 Minuten bis in die Fussgängerzone. Wir können, alles in allem, KaiZen mit besten Wissen empfehlen und das, obwohl wir viel reisen und seit über 20 Jahren immer wieder auf Kreta sind.
Cons: Man muss wissen, dass das Apartment in einem größeren Haus direkt an einer eher stark befahrenen Straße liegt.
