The best of times!

Pros: everything about the accommodation. it's location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. any question answered in an instant. Chania is a wonderful place for your vacation and Casa 1926 is a fantastic base for your stay.

Cons: having to come home to find ice on the car windowscreen in the airport carpark! I would find it very difficult to find anything to dislike or find fault with, truly a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful city with endless things to do and visit. Lovely place to stay after a full day out.

Pros: Perfect location couple of minutes walk to the centre of everything. Really nice apartment very modern and clean. Balcony is ideal if you like to watch the vibrant street below. Host could not be any more helpful. Very thoughtful and caring for our wellbeing and comfort during our stay and even after we vacated the apartment.

Cons: There was nothing I could fault with this apartment

Casa 1926 - a dream come true

Pros: Crete has been a longtime dream for my family, and it would not have been possible without CASA 1926. The apartment is a little gem in the center of Chania, enough for a family of four to enjoy a pleasant stay. All the attractions are within arm's reach, and the location is a super convenient access point to all the beaches on the island. The furnishings are lovely, and the apartment has everything you need to feel home. I have no words for the amazing service from the hosts Stefanos and Despoina. Never before have we received such honest and human service, even though we have traveled halfway around the world. Due to an accident, it turned out that we didn't have keys to the apartment. Despoina responded at 1 am in the middle of the night and unlocked our door. The whole time we were looked after as if we were visiting relatives and not in a rented apartment. Thank you, Stefanos and Despoina. Thank you, sunny Crete. Our family will love you always!

Pros: Amazing location in the center of the town with everything in walking distance. The hosts were always available to answer every single question we had and were very supportive with suggestions. We really appreciate that they offer us a parking spot although it was not in their “obligation”. Thanks a lot Stefane and Despoina
