Michele's Flat

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well-located and had everything we needed for our stay - it was like a home away from home! Menelaos was very helpful, gave us useful tips for exploring the area and provided lots of fruit and snacks as well as wine, honey and olive oil!

Pros: Menelaos is the best host i've experienced on this platform. He explained everything thoroughly and communication was easy and pleasant. On arrival he surprised us with local specialties from his estate, all free of charge (wine, olive oil, honey, oranges). The flat is spacious and well located, 5 min walk to the old city and 10 min walk to the beaches. All amenities are walking distance, as well as the bus station, so no car is needed.

Cons: The flat is very central so it can get a bit noisy at night, luckily only one room is on the street side. Also, wifi is not the best.

Pros: The apartment is wonderful, with absolutely everything you need. It has two terraces (I don't know if this information is in the description of the apartment), and the cleanliness is impeccable, 10 stars. It is a location we will return to and would happily recommend.

One of the best places we have stayed

Pros: I have never been anywhere to a more hospitable owner. The fridge was filled with all kinds of goodies, from fruits, ,wine, olive oil, raki, honey and god knows what else. The owner even took us out to dinner upon arrival because we had booked the apartment the year before but in the end we didn,t make it. The owner felt I therefore deserved a great dinner!!!!! Too much of course, but also very, very nice! Thank you sooo much. We also loved the apartment. It may not be the most modern place when it comes to furniture, but more important, it was very clean, and everything worked! It was very well equipped. There was even equipment to go to the beach, umbrellas etc etc. I have to give this place a ten out of ten, even though it is not in my own interest, because we will definately come back, and I don,t want it to become too popular. Because it was also. Ery good value for the money we paid! 🙏🙏🙏

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Michele's flat. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and stunning views. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Menelaos was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. He went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with fresh oranges, a variety of snacks, homemade wine, and olive oil. It was a delightful and thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the charm of Chania comfortably and conveniently.

Pleasant stay in Chania

Pros: We loved everything! The central location including parking nearby, the clean and spacious apartment and the all the gifts Menelaos ( the host) offered to us: including freshly collected avocados and oranges, self made honey and olive oil, nuts, wine, everything delicious. In addition the apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need : coffee, tea, water filter, shower gel, washing machine, washing powder, air conditioning… The host was waiting for us in the apartment and provided plenty of information about chania and sorrownding. The pictures are accurate representation of reality.

Excellent VFM and amazing hospitality

Pros: Amazing hospitality and great location. Great plus is the parking space nearby. The apartment has a great VFM as it offers all you need in a good price in an excellent location with the amenity of a dedicated parking space. The apartment is fully equipped with all you might need during your visit. Do not bring anything with you (even sand toys for the beach for the kids!)

Für uns der beste Unterkunft in Chania!

Pros: Der Host Menelaos hat uns alles über Chania erzählt. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Er hat mit uns tolle griechische Produkte geteilt. Meine Töchter und ich haben uns in Michele‘s Flat wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen! Wir würden gerne länger als drei Nächte bleiben.

Excellent appartement très bien situé

Pros: Très bon accueil , appartement spacieux propre et tres bien équipé, Menelaos nous a fait découvrir ses produits : miel , fruits , vins , huile d olive..Un vrai plaisir!Tout était de très bonne qualité et en grande quantité. La machine à laver est un plus.L'appartement est tres bien situé a 10 minutes a pied de la plage. Un séjour tres agréable. Je recommande fortement !

Cons: Le mobilier un peu vieillot
