Pros: The apartment is nice and very central. Just keep in mind that if you’re traveling by car, parking can be a big issue—it can take quite a while to find a spot.

Cons: Not a place to park the car

Great Harbour Location

Pros: The location was fantastic, so close to the Venetian Harbour. The apartment itself was fine for a couple of nights stay. Great communication from establishment.

Cons: I found the shower cubicle to be very tight.

Pros: What an amazing place! Absolute perfection, everything was lovely and clean; the bed was so comfortable — and the location — couldn't be better. Eleni was very clear with her instructions and always positive when we met her. Our room in particular was on the 3rd floor and didn't have a balcony, but this wasn't a minus as we had the rooftop terrace just across from our apartment door. All in all, an amazing stay — would definitely recommend.

Cons: Everything was great, I have nothing to complain about.

Pros: Great location! In old part of town! Lovely host who owns the Jewelry Shop downstairs! Private access to rooftop view!

Pros: Delighted to find this gem in old town close to port and everything is nearby at walking distance. Clean and our room Elena was spacious with a nice small balcony with a great view!

Cons: Bathroom/shower was a bit small for our liking but nothing major really.

Charming rooms in heart of the old town.

Pros: Great location in the heart of the old town. The triple room was perfect for our family. Exceptional friendly and welcoming communication.

Pros: We had an amazing stay here. The room is so tastefully decorated and spacious. The location could not have been better in the heart of Chania town. Mrs. Elena has a shop downstairs and it was ever so pleasant catching up with her. Matilda was a delight and she gave us guidance on getting around. Even though there is no front desk, the support team is super responsive and very helpful. The owner himself came over to have the hot water issue checked.

Cons: The only reason for not a full 10/10 is as this is in old Town there are no elevators so hefty bags needs to be carried upstairs on your own but that seems to be the case with every place in old Town.

If not for the hot water issues it was an excellent stay

Pros: We had no b fast but the location was exceptional and easy to get a good b fast since we were in one of the busy roads

Cons: Hot water wasn’t always a available and when we advised it was fixed straightaway got away however I n the last day we got no water again and had to leave with a cold shower

A great location for old town Chania, a short walk from the harbour.

Pros: Great location for exploring Old Town (although you can hear the bar across the road at night - but this didn't really bother us). Housekeeping was great, with fresh towels and the room cleaned twice during our stay. The reservations team was very helpful and the lady who greeted us was really friendly (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!). Great air con too!

Pros: ighly recommended! The accommodation is located in the old town, so we didn’t need any transport—everything was within walking distance! Even though the area was quite busy, the apartment was not noisy at all. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a coffee machine in the room, and juice was provided in the fridge. Check-in and check-out were both very efficient. The terrace was also lovely, with a beautiful sea view. We will definitely come back!
