Can‘t think of staying better in Chania
Pros: Perfectly located very close to the old town with main restaurant street and the local student spot on the weekends but itself in a very quiet local area with a very nice rooftop. 2 big bathrooms. Direct and always quick communication with the owner. And yes there are stairs but we just took it as extra fitness.
Cons: As already mentioned by other guests just the chairs on the rooftop are overaged and should be replaced or at least oiled and repaired but for us it wasn‘t a big issue. And unfortunately the plants on the rooftop are not there anymore.

Pros: Central and quiet location. Generous ensuite and comfy bed.
Cons: Surrounding area being developed so a bit run down. Spiral staircase not easy Chairs on the roof terrace need replacing..my son repaired a couple but they're at the end of life.

Wonderful house in great location
Pros: This was one of the best places I stayed in Crete. I loved the rooftop terrace – a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee. Despite being in the old town it was very quiet. The house had everything I needed and I would definitely stay again.
Cons: The stairs could be a bit intense but it kept me fit!

Perfect
Pros: The location was exellent! In a lovely street in the Old Town. 1 min walk to restaurants and shopping streets. Yet quiet, nothing of the evening noise from the street was heard in the appartment. The host was helpful and welcoming. We recommend this place!

Pros: Ότι ήταν στο κέντρο! Ήταν περιποιημένο και καθαρό!
Cons: Για εμάς που έχουμε δύο μικρά παιδιά ήταν λίγο άβολο με τις σκάλες!

Beautiful remodeled home in the heart of Old Town Chania, Crete.
Pros: This charming, newly remodeled home is very well equipped with all needed living items. From a fully supplied kitchen to plenty of linen, a washer and drying rack, all in the center of Old Town Chania, Crete. The home has four floors, a roof patio on the 4th floor, a full-size bedroom with a large bathrooms on the 2nd, and 3rd floor with comfy beds. The host Vasilis was very helpful to attending to our needs and he even surprised us with some traditional pastries. This home is very roomy, in a safe area, close to plenty of restaurants, mini-markets, bakeries, and the neighbors are friendly.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like is the fact that we didn't stay at this home longer. It's in a superb location.
